fatigue or permanent damage?

this happen after a 2 times of sex drives in a day, before that penis is a bit sore which i thought is not bad for PE.

after that, the first day, I still have rock hard erection and I did 10 mins of 90jelqs, then I wear a t-tape which is for foreskin growth, but I stupidly did some stretches which now I think is the main reason causing me ED.

on the second day, still great morning wood, I still have good erection and but only can do 7 mins of 70 jelqs, I did powerful pulls during jelqs which may be another reason causing me ED, after that I wear a t-tape again.

third day, weak erection but still got good morning wood, did only 20jelqs with light pull then started to have ED.

forth day can’t get an erection, fair morning wood, I still wear a t-tape because I thought was the jelqing problem, but after that I found my penis very tight which is firmed flaccid rubber feeling in ligament, and I am pretty sure that was ligament problem but not jelqing.

on fifth day, still have morning wood but is weak, still ED which I can’t have any erection. I didn’t do anything for the day and less tight in penis, at least the penis can plump when I did reverse kegel during standing, but when I massage at the base I still feel rubber feeling, then I caught a cold and fever unluckily

on sixth day it is today, I slept bad and feeling bad with headache because of the fever, I don’ t know if it causing me no morning wood, and still ED, its so sad.

did I get a permanent damage or is only fatigue.
Please advise me.

To me it doesn’t sound like permanent damage. Stressed out both penis and yourself. Maybe scared also, which is an elite erection killer in itself. Give it two or three weeks complete rest and then you’ll probably know, as most temporary damage fades away by then. While waiting for that schedule and appointment with a urologist just in case.

It it unlikely to be permanent damage. But you have overstrained your penis.

We can only suggest you stop PE-ing for a week or two until you get normal erections . and everything elsse is more or less back to normal.

You must reduce your number of jelgs and the amount of strength you use on your dick.

Just take things easy for a week or two and let your penis recover.

Then everything else should become normal. But take care of your dick. You can’t order spares.

I had tried keep to be stressed out most of the time to keep my penis less firmed.
But time having ED is just so depressing and seems like so hard to go through,
it’s only the fourth RD but I feel like is the second week!

And I am so agreed with you petitfaun that I ‘ve overstrained it.
so does that mean my penis is only temporary toughen by the ligs to prevent it to be broken?
and why is so hard for me to get an erection now?
before I also has tight ligament sometime after PE sessions but it was no problem for me to have an erection.

on the 6th day, which is the 3rd RD, weak morning wood, EQ 15%

on the 7th day, morning wood 30%, EQ 20-30%, but the left side of lig very sore.

I hope everything would be better tomorrow.

You seem to be recovering but you MUST leave your dick alone for it to heal. I am coming back from an injury and I left my dick alone for 5 complete days for it to heal.A previous case I had of ED I had to rest 8 days for my erections to gradually return.

By leaving your dick alone I mean not to touch it for anything but for going to the bathroom. You should recover after some days.

I agree with you, after I got some erections in the morning I found my ligs are extremely tight.

And today is the 6th RD, the morning wood is a semi, the erection is back a bit.
I will remember this failure and never make myself hurt again.

Hey, trust me, I’m like the king of overtraining and then freaking out about it.

You’ll be ok. It might take about 2 weeks, my longest time was a month, but it’ll come back 100%. The best part is, when it comes back it’ll be stronger than before.

The main thing is don’t stress over it.


These days I think I DO have a pretty big dick

So at what time I know I can start back my session?
And what’s mean by stronger? does that mean an increase in size?

Your only worry now should be getting to 100 percent and staying there for some months. Priorities, man.

I tried sex yesterday, I can get an erection but the EQ is not 100%

and I found it a bit hard to maintain the hardness when I change some poses.

But after the sex I had good morning wood and night woods.

I think my penis will be healed soon.

And by “coming back stronger”, I don’t necessarily mean bigger, it’ll just be harder to over train - which could be a good or bad thing. It might be bad because you might push yourself too far again and go through the same cycle. So even when it does come back start with the newbie routine (or less if you have to).

Every time I over train I basically think of it is a “restart” time. So I rest then do the newbie routine for a while before restarting extreme exercises. You might want to do the newbie routine for like 4or 5 months though.

You can be braved to face so many injuries.
A guy like me having injury will worry and try to restart everyday.
I had done some low intense jelqs before I watched your post, because I had some 80% morning woods.
It slowed my healing process.

I am having soreness and the base is a bit hard in the penis.
Is it normal for this injury? did I think too much?

Jacky, don’t do anything one bit stressful for the penis until it heals F-U-L-L-Y. You don’t want to do anything you’ll regret for the rest of your life. Even when it gets to 100% give it more time before you resume stressful activity.

thank you, I am sorry about that.

But I don’t know when is fully healed because I forgot how the base of my penis feel when I wasn’t hurt.

The only thing I know is that after my morning wood the penis is feeling very tight,

and my penis has soreness during days.

Maybe I should wait4-5 days more after all these bad syntoms gone then I can restart.

Hope all of us can be healed from injuries.
