Bleeding Penis

Sorry for posting here guys. The forum posting rules won’t allow me to start a thread in the Penis Extenders section.

I was wearing my penis extender and went to pee. I felt a sharp pain in my penis forcing me to almost double-up in pain and nothing came out of my penis. I removed the penis extender and blood and urine came out of my penis and it stings.

I don’t know what I’ve done to myself and I also need to pee.

I wasn’t overly stretching with the stretcher but it was on tight behind the head to prevent slipping.

Has this happened to anybody else?

Yeah, I did tried that, same result. Luckily I was absolutely fine the next day, I may have just been extremely lucky!

Bottom line, you absolutely cannot pee with the extender on, the noose or strap must be released to ensure no back pressure when urinating.

Don’t do anything PE until the bleeding has completely stopped, for me it was the next day, but I waited another 24 hours just to be sure.

However, your injury could be more severe, you will just need to monitor it. Hopefully your injury is as minor as mine was.

I haven’t personally experienced this but I didn’t try to urinate with my extender on. My guess is that you are going to be OK but monitor your injury and contact a doctor if it gets worse or stays the same for several days.

Well I finally had to pee 35 mins ago and I can tell you that it burned and was stinging immensely from the inside of the penis at the base of the head to the tip of the head. There was fresh blood too. I’m going to bed.

Probably ruptured a capelary, which heals quickly.

I thought I’d do a quick update.

Yesterday was awful, the best way to describe the pain in my shaft whilst peeing is like fire and glass shards.

I peed twice today and both times it stung, although the stinging intensity and period of stinging has decreased since yesterday.

I can get an erection but even a light squeeze can trigger moderate pain.

So hoping I am better tomorrow.
