Heavy Hangers, whom is over 20 pounds?

15 is my warm up now, 20 gets it stretching. for an hour.

Then 25 for a half hour and feel it really stretch.

Handicap chair ( to clear Balls eh ) and now using a squatty potty to elevate legs for more between the cheeks. mechanical advantage always.

Wife walks bye, " oh hang day, I like the fat days better". - Yes, my wife, use the dark side. We both pump now for pleasure. She dials the diameter and rides it.

Are you using a compression hanger, vac hanger?

What pump does she use? I’m looking for something for my wife as well.

Maybe I need a new hanger that’s more comfortable for long period hanging. I have a homemade one that works great. I can hang 25 lbs but it gets painful and it’s nowhere near an hour. More like ten minutes and then have to do less weight. Any thoughts on What hanger should I use? Or buy?
