Hanging 5 pounds too heavy?

Hanging 5 pounds too heavy?

Hello - I have been experimenting with PE for a few years now. A year or so ago I got a bib hanger and was hanging SD for a few months, got up to 8lbs or so before I gave up.

I have recently started up again, but decided to hang BTC in order to maximize lig gains.

I started off with about 3 pounds, which was fairly strenuous, but that was mostly due to skin pull. Its been about a month now, and the skin pull issue is pretty much gone. Right now I am hanging around 4.5lbs, yesterday I tried 4.8 and that was very tough and I could only hang 1 and a half sets before my unit had enough. Today I am back down to 4.2lbs which is fairly comfortable.

Reading online I see a lot of threads saying start light around 5lbs, is it normal that I can’t hang that yet?

When I used to hang SD, I was trying to get the weight up faster which I now know is not a good idea, but after a month I would think I would be able to sit around 5lbs without an issue.

If you’re having issues hanging 5lbs, start lighter. I started with…2 or 3lbs. The easiest to run into hazard with hanging is ramping up the weight too fast. Take your time. Do what’s comfortable, at least to start with. Then work up to other weights and longer set times. Read Hanging 101 and then decide what you want to start with.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I started with 2.5 lbs and when I stopped I believe I was hanging around 11-12 lbs? I increased the weight gradually. I don’t think I ever added more than .5 lbs a week. A lot of the time I didn’t increase at all.

Started 11/2014 6" BPEL x 4" MEG (Ballpark #'s)

As of 01/2017 7 1/2" BPEL x 4 7/8" MEG
