Anything new in the hanging world?

Long time no speak! :)

Just curious if there’s any new developments in the hanging world over the last few years? The last time I checked in I saw a thread about FIRE hanging, but I see the thread is closed now.

Is that the preferred method these days?

I still have my Bib Hanger lying around and I want to see if I can resume hanging again this year as I have quite some time on the table having an home office several days of the week.

I’m pretty much thinking I’ll be hanging with my Bib + a good ADS + manual stretches in between. Nothing fancy. I’ve had some good gains with this in the past, but if there’s easier ways I will for sure re-consider.

Hang to reach longer BPFL than you had before you started, then put on ADS for as many hours as possible to be healing in elongated state.

Dont think there is anything better to be discovered than this.

The problem with rings is keeping them from sliding off.

Last year I tried a stack of stainless steel rings and it hurt like hell when I had a hard on, when my girth normally expanded nearly twice the size of flaccid state. So it’s definitely not for wearing during sleep.

Does anyone know where to find a nylon snap button strap like that? I can experiment it in the stack of my rings to see if they really stay put behind the glans.
