Just started hanging, anything else necessary?

I went from my old routine which didn’t work well anymore (check my sig), and am starting hanging. One set of 20 mins with 2.5 lbs and one set of 25 mins. Light dry jelqing inbetween. Should I do anything else?

What’s your hanger anyways?

I’ve been using the vac extender head as a hanger.

Well, this is my hanging routine:
Hanging (my hanging time is 1h-1h 30min)
ADS around the waist 2-6h (Sometimes I just don’t have the time)
Wet jelq 10-20min before I go to sleep. Sometimes I do couple of O-bends too.
50 weighted kegels

I do 7 days a week. Fatigue around the base and ligs is important. Rest when your unit needs it.

If you are going to hang over 15 to 20 minutes, you should really check to make sure you are getting good circulation. I don’t know anything about the vac extender though. Are you doing your routine daily? It has been a while since I read bibs stuff, but I think he recommends over 10 hanging hours a week. Good luck man.

I’ve been hanging 5 days a week for about 40-60 mins followed by 10-15 mins of jelqing.

My length has been 6.5” for a long time. Then I did some hanging in the December 2007 and got to 6.7” BPEL. Then break and went back to 6.5”. Then my vac stuff arrived and I was learning to use it.

Then I start this routine and went from 6.5” BPEL to 6.85” in one month. I’ll report more in a month.

do you guys jsut warm up and hang or stretch first>?

Also I still don’t get if hanging should be my ONLY PE routine. Should I hang 45-60 mins a day every other day and do a modified newbie jelq routine the other days? Or JUST hang?

I went from the newbie routine to hanging and it worked well for me. Considering erection quality, I would do 150 - 200 wet jelqs after the hanging to get your unit back in order. Hanging is mainly for length so don’t expect to see much girth gains except for at the base a little. I also would not do sets for longer than 20 minutes to be careful of nerve damage.

I do warm up 10mins and start hanging. When I hang, I apply heat for the first 15-25mins.

Hanging with ADS and jelqing is enough, IMO.

Is an ADS necessary? After my hanging, I can’t wear the vacuum ADS for that long.

I think it’s good, but not necessary. You don’t need strong pull at all in ADS after hanging, IMO. Why don’t you try with less force? Or try ADS without vacuum. Or if you do your hanging before bed, maybe some bed fowfers?

I do believe that ADS after hanging helps cementing size and gives faster gains.
