Hi, everybody! A little update here.

I’ve done like 10-12 clamping sessions (3×10min). My BEG went from 5” to 5.5”. Still struggling to get any MEG gains. In fact, I’ve already seen 4.8” but it depends on EQ. I’ve been thinking about getting the second clamp cause it seems like I’m working only on my base girth by using just one. I’ll stick to only one clamp routine for another month or two and then we’ll see.

As for the routine, I don’t really manage to establish a regular one, however I don’t do more than 2 clamping days in a row.

Can someone share their experience with different clamping routines?
And another question- when do you usually see your clamping gains? I mean the next day after your random clamping day or after 1-2 days off?

As for the length I’m still at 8.1” and totally happy with it but I wish I took my MEG to the respective level.

I’ve managed to get to permanent 4.9” MEG, in fact sometimes I even see 5” MEG

That’s very long.

About clamping, I personally found more effective to clamp with just one clamping device, starting to tighten at a low erection and always took the following day off.

Used to get a good pump with 2 cable clamps, but didn’t lasted long and on the later days was facing just a improved expansion on the glans, which is opposite to my goals of having a conic shaped penis.

Tightening at full erection never worked for me, felt nothing and spot zero expansion.

Me too I notice that the expansion is much better if I start from low erection levels.
Also, an interesting thing is that I seem to gain better if I take 2 and not 1 days off. Finally, one clamp seems to be enough for BEG and MEG gains, I think using 2 clamps might be really effective for glans gains though.

Today was a milestone day of my journey. I have reached 5” MEG (finally :) ), sometimes I even see 5.1”. BEG with good EQ is 5.7”

Reached 5.9 BEG. MEG dropped back to 4.9 a few days after my previous post but now it seems that with a full erection I finally got it at 5. Wish I gained in MEG as fast as I gain in BEG.

Two or three days ago I saw my MEG floating between 5.1 and 5.2. I wouldn’t consider that to be permanent gains until I measure one more time. I plan to do it somewhere in mid-november. Until now I’ve been measuring almost every day.

I’ve been doing PE for 2 years and 4 months now and I would like to mention the tips that I’ve so far noticed to be important. They have surely been already mentioned all over the forum but I would like to make a list of my own.

The main point for me is that I have a bit low blood pressure which is much rarer than the opposite so I try to improve this.

- Eat healthy
I tried to cut on sugar and this seems to boost my libido. The day I crack and eat something really sweet, that has a negative impact, I’m less horny and erections are not that strong. And I’m convinced that in order to gain you need to keep your libido at its highest possible. I see a difference in MEG on high libido and not that high libido days.
As for salt I try to get some throughout the day as I find it keeps the water in the body which is a good thing. But here you surely do need to know where to stop.

-Staying hydrated

-Eating food boosting libido
Ginko bilboa tea (but not before going to bed or you’ll be waking up throughout the whole night). I like to drink it on cold days.
Pomegrenate juice- love it, boosts my libido and it is surely quite good for your cardiovascular system.

-Importance of physical activity
I try to go to the gym at least 2 days a week. One day cardio, one day workouts including back and leg exercises. Make sure that you have enough time to restore or it can impact your gains negatively and moreover when you’re overtrained you are more prone to catch a cold (I live in a cold area so that’s quite pertinent).

-Masturbation and porn habits
At first I thought that masturbation could only be a negative thing, however I find that natural porn, where you see at least a glipse of emotion between the guy and the girl and which is basically just a normal sex can be a good thing for edging even if you come, just make sure that you edge long enough to boost MEG gains. This works for me personally, so I think that you should certainly take into account phsycological aspects of PE.

-Cold showers
I’ve always wanted to start taking cold showers in order to improve circulation and to boost testosterone. For now the least I can do is to avoid taking warm showers as far as possible.

1 cm to satisfied

Spent some time with my gf, had so much sex that one of my balls hurt for more than a week. I think it was veins, there was no swelling however I could feel the veins to be rather large. After one week of rest I tried to do some clamping which was a huge mistake since it hurt very much for a day after that. It was not so much like a pain but sort of tickle sensation. Took some time off PE, haven’t been doing it the whole november.

However, after some rest I see my MEG to be at 13 cm (5.1 in). Now I’m shooting for 14 cm which I hope to have reached till the end of 2019. I think that anything more will come just like a bonus. Anyway, I’ll not be starting PE for another week, then I’ll see if I’m ready or not.

One another crucially important point is that when you start to see gains you tend to go over the board and try to maximize them. It’s a big mistake since the difference between gaining and getting an injury is very vague and sometimes you do more and more without understanding that you’re starting to hurt yourself, your blood vessels, etc. So, if you read this and you do clamping or any sort of PE, go slowly and patiently and if you start to gain, know when to stop. It can really save your time in the long-run and most importantly you save your health.

Very true. I worked obsessively on getting girth as rapidly as I could, clamped 3x/week 2x/day using a wide, soft leather strip, added bends and horse440s and got to my 5.5 MSEG goal, but developed some pretty visible stretch marks that I have been able to get lighter and fainter after almost two years, but still not completely gone.

Woke up with a 13.5 (5.3) MEG. I have measured 5.25 for 2 days already but wasn’t sure that those were permanent.

The thing is that I did clamping routine (1 day on, 2days off) in September and October, then I took a break and did only one clamping session somewhere in the middle of November which aggravated my injury. I recovered somewhere by 23-24th but did no sessions whatsoever .

I think that those gains come from deconditioning but also what I’ve noticed is that in order to gain you need to exceed your normal horniness level (without any supplements, otherwise what’s the point). In order to do that you surely need to eat well and good, exercise regularly but the most important thing, in my opinion, is your mood and mental state, I don’t think I’m the only one here who’s noticed that.

You gained pretty fast though. Did you have any injuries during your journey?
How did you manage to get rid of the marks?
