Hi, there! This is my log where I will keep track of my progress. I hope that you guys will help me in my quest for a stronger, healthier dick.
To cut the long story short my progress is as follows:
I started at 5.7 NBPEL (6.2 BPEL) and 4.7 MEG in June 2016.
Today, on the 2nd of March 2018, I am at 7.2 NBPEL (7.35 BPEL) and still 4.7 MEG.
I’ve done jelquing, stretching, bathmate for 1-2 months and an extender for like 1 month.

What I’m for now is girth as you can guess. I have gained nothing in that department so far. So, I started doing some semi-erect squeezes, will see if it works. After doing some research I have an impression that the majority of guys who have gained a lot of girth have done clamping and I think that eventually I will get into it but first I would like to squeeze out the maximum possible gain from manuals.

So, I would like to here your thoughts on 2 issues, guys:

1) What methods have given you girth gains, even minimal ones?
2) What do you do to improve your blood flow, L-arginine, cardio, maybe something else? What are your thoughts on L-arginine?

I would really appreciate all your advice, guys.

Fat pad isn’t supposed to be this low.

Being in shape, regular body exercises and stretches should increase overall blood flow.

An idea to try it out in order to jump start your girth is slow paced jelqing and low pressure pumping.

Yeah, it is correct. Actually, when starting I had a regular fat pad which disappeared gradually after I started stretching. I’m 6 feet tall and my weight is 160 lbs so no rickets whatsoever.

What erection level for slow paced jelqing, like 50?
And how much hg is low pressure pumping?

Jelqing for girth try to stay around 50 to 60% erection and each stroke at 4 seconds minimum.

Low pressure pumping would be from 3 to 4” HG.

Xeavier I’ve read a lot of good threads on here about clamping for girth. Personally I’m going more for length at the moment. Then I’ll focus more on thickening up. Search around and see what works best for you. There’s plenty of good advice here.

I’ve already bought a cable clamp, but I’ll stick to length only routine for 1 more month since I continue to gain.
For now I’m thinking of the right way to wrap. I read about wrapping with a self-sticking tape and a piece of a mousepad but it just seems too complicated. How do you make so that the piece of a mousepad stays around your dick without falling down? I don’t know for now.
Some users have told me that they clamp without any wrapping, perhaps I’ll try that.

I’ve only clamped once or twice out of curiosity. I would like to get to 8” length before starting that full time.

I was thinking about an easy wrap for clamping. I just ordered some silicone sleeves to keep from turtling. I bet they would work well to keep from pinching and no need to deal with tape.

Measured 7.5 NBPEL and 8in BPEL today! :)

Length goal achieved. I’ll continue doing my current length routine (jelquing and squeezes) till the end of the month, then I’ll spend 10 days with my girlfriend.

In the middle of April I start clamping.

I decided to take pictures when I reach at least 5 in girth since my current girth of 4.7 seems awful with 8 BPEL.

I will experiment with different types of wrapping (and will even try it without any wrapping).

If anyone can suggest something that has worked well for him, please write me.
