I will start my own log and hope for some feedback about what I am doing.

I have done PE staring 5 years ago with bib’s hangers about 6 months. Never got technique right and caused some damage, stretch marks, discoloration and about 0,4” meg gain that’s probably fibrosis from hanging with too much blood/hanger too tight that caused inflammation. Gained about 1,5cm (0,6”) from that though I probably could have get same newbie gains with some ADS/extender or manuals much easier without damage. After that I was doing manual stretching + ads routine and got about 1cm (0,4”) from that to total about 2,5cm (1”) length gain. Then I stopped and now 3 years after I am back to PE again trying to gain some more and better my EQ. I have priapism accident 2 year ago that was resolved about after 5-6 hours with aspirating blood and injecting alpha agonists to dick. It was caused by bad mental state driven stupidity, injected Invicorp ampoule to great working healthy dick and it was too much and caused priapism. Damn I regret that day and still fear it caused some permanent damage, because my EQ was generally better before that. It probably really has not caused anything because it was so short duration and EQ issues are from something else. And EQ has been good sometimes after that too.

Starting stats:
18 cm / 7,1” bpel
13,5cm / 5,3” meg

I am reading through threads of guys using ultrasound as heat source. There is concepts that I will be trying to use this time with my training. I do not have US device yet, but I will probably buy that at some point. Before that I’ll buy IR lamp. For now heat source is electric heating pad.

Program starts to form and I was thinking something like this.

3 day on, 2 day off with this:

1. Jes Extender with vachanger cup 30 min without heat ramping up to 2 kg
2. Jes Extender with vachanger cup 45 min with electric heating pad ramping up to 3 kg (max spring load)
3. Cyclic manual stretching 15s increasing stretch, 30s hold for max stretch. Stretches done straigth out for now. 10 sets
4. Jes Extender with vachanger cup 15 min to ensure tissues are cooled down in stretched state

With electric heating pad heat is distributed so slowly it must be longer time under heat before going to cyclic stretches.
Should I do cyclic manual stretches in many directions? Straight down I get greatest force by far.
I could do this with hanging also, without extender. Or do extender first and then do cyclic stretches with hanging using hand to take some of weight first and after 15s full weight. With hanging it would be straight down direction or over fulcrum, which I will do at some point. Also after cooling (step 4.) I could do with hanging something like 5-6 kg. I have VacHanger3 and thinking of buying LG Hanger to test if that’s even better device. Also thinking about Penimaster Pro because of it’s type of attachment and guys have used it with good results.

Plan is after I do not see gains I will go to water pumping for a period and then back again to stretching.

Also will be doing kegels agains tension. I will use VacHanger cup and elastic band with fishing scale and do progression in volume and resistance from starting 2 times a week a total of 6 sets of 10. That is 2 sets stretching left over fulcrum (hand), 2 sets right and 2 sets straight up. If opportunity rises maybe some erect kegels agains hand. And later on I will buy TENS/EMS device and attach pads to perineum to still increase gains in BC and IC strength and mass. Building massive BC and IC! There will be some stretching of pelvic region that I incorporate my fitness program.

As focused as you will be on kegels and the pelvic muscles, I would suggest including reverse kegels to help keep the muscles in balance.

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Yes. Good point. I used to do them when I trained regular kegels. First contract and then relax into reverse kegel and then again contract. This way I feel I could get to deeper relaxation and better contraction.
Now I think I will do them separately from those kegel training sessions agains resistance. My idea is to not relax completely during one set but to keep control in muscles whole set. I don’t know which would be better, to relax into reverse kegel with some stretch or to keep slight contraction whole time.

What does kegeling against resistance result in? I am unfamilar with it. Is it just a next level exercise once you have maxed out strength from regular kegels?

From what I believe, it comes from the ‘gaining volume with kyrpa’ thread, and his idea on ‘penile bodybuilding’ as he coined it.

I’m sure the explanation is near the start of the thread, possibly post 12 if I’m not incorrect.

Almost all what I currently experiment with comes from that Kyrpa’s thread.

I know I could have bought E27 socket 150 or 250W IR bulb for under 10€. But I will try this lamp because I didn’t have any E27 lamp where I could put that IR bulb. And it has 100 % UV blocker built in.

US device will come later.

Just ordered US Pro 2000 SE -device. I am taking this seriously this time.

Kegels

A device I have reviewed is the K-Fit Kegel Toner, which uses electric pulses at various settings, etc to trigger contractions of different pelvic muscle groups. The male version does require anal insertion of a small probe/electrode, but I can attest that it certainly triggers contractions.

Ok. Thanks for the info. I though pads to perineum would do it.

Imagine talking someone you know face to face inserting probe to your anal and giving electrical stimulus. 🤣🤣

First cycle training is done. 3 day straight and now 2 days rest. I don’t know if this 3 on 2 off shedule is optimal for me, but I start with this as it has worked for some others.

1. Jes extender without heat 30min going up to 2 kg
2. Same setup but with electric heating pad as heat becomes unbearable to skin, with 3 kg max spring load. It took about 30-40 min.
3. Manual cyclic stretches with vacuum cup and scale. 15s going to 6,5 kg, 30s hold and slowly to zero. 10 sets
4. Jes extender 3 kg for 15 min

There is much learning how to do sessions effectively. In following weeks first I think IR lamp will arrive and then US device. Much learning how in incorporate them. Measured pre training and post training BPFSL and it was quite constant every day 18cm before and 18,5cm after.

Also I have to learn when condition stretch is complete and it’s time to apply heat before tissues start to stiffen and training session is ruined.

Back again with 2 days off with cycle 2. EQ has been shit lately. Today I was surprised that BPFSL was 0,5 cm shorter than before 17,5cm. Did 30 min extender with 2 kg, 30 min with heat ramping to 3 kg, then removed heat and kept same tension for 5 min. Then did 5 sets of cyclic manuals with 4 kg working load 30s. After that a little more extender same 3 kg load because I felt that shaft was still a little bit warm. After training BPFSL was 18,5cm. Same as during first cycle. It maybe that I don’t reach high enough inside shaft temperatures with electric heating pad. Skin is very warm though. Just coming off from long break and I have been about 19,5 cm BPFSL so I would expect to gain that back during first cycles, but it is not looking very good yet.
