I feel that each different method for PE has it’s own unique value to it. From manual stretching, to hanging and pumping. If you do all three at the same time it might be over working. What about cycling the three? Every week switch from manual stretching to pumping, then next week do hanging. What do you guys think of that?

Not sure if anyone has done that before. Works for building muscle, but your cock is not muscle, but still when you keep your body guessing it can be beneficial.

I say it is worth trying, but still be careful not to go overboard because as soon as you do that, you will cancel out what ever goodness might come from mixing it up.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well I wonder if anyone has ever tried it. All I own is my hands for now. But I am curious if you keep your body guessing then it will be more effective at growing, as long as you don’t over train.
