To heat or not to heat

Is it a good idea to stretch first,without heat and after the stretching routine to heat my unit than proceed with my jelqing routine?

I’m asking this because,for some reason,after my warm up session my penis gets a bit engorged with blood,so its get a bit bigger and it also gets a bit hard after i start the stretching routine.It doesn’t get erect,it just gets a bit hard and engorged with blood,but hard enough that when i stretch i only feel the stretch in my ligs and not along the shaft of my penis.

I found that if i simply just skip the warm up routine and start with the stretching routine,my penis stays relatively soft and perfect for stretching.I can also grip it better cause it doesn’t get engorged with blood or stiff.I do warm up no matter what before the jelqing routine.

Do you think i should start with stretching before warm up?Is stretching dangerous without warming up?

As a final note,my current NBPEL(almost 17cm ) is officially bigger than my starting BPEL(16.5 cm).Also my current BPEL,with a strong erection,is around 18.5 cm.Sry for metric system,it’s hard to measure exactly in inches.

I did PE about 2 times a week, one hour each session,and i want to start more seriously now and my goal,for now,is 8 inches,which is about 20.3 cm.Girth obviously increased a bit but i didn’t measure my girth because i always get very different results.It ranges between 14 and 15 cm.It’s thick enough that when i jelq my fingers start to hurt and get exhausted.

Any added girth is a bonus for me,but what I’m really after is length for now.I also have an upward curve and i have to straighten it when i measure.The more erect the more curved it is.I hope my curve diminishes a little,but it’s not such a big deal.

If i reach my first milestone of 8 inches,I’ll post a picture.Don’t know how i will straighten my penis,hold the ruler,the camera and keep my erection at the same time,but i will find a way:) )

Oh i started my routine today and I’ll keep a journal to stay motivated cause i get bored easily and i hope i will stay motivated.I’ll measure monthly.Also on the title it’s heat instead of hear,i misspelled that.I can’t change the title.

Could be dangerous to PE without warm up first. To avoid the risk, warm up before any kind of PE activities.

1 inch = 2,54 cm.

17 cm / 2,54 = 6,69 inches.
16,5 cm / 2,54 = 6,49 inches.
18,5 cm / 2,54 = 7,28 inches.

Ty for response.I will keep measurement in inches no problem.I’ll go for my next workout now and start with warm up.Better be safe i guess.I have a pretty curved penis.It points up when erect.It looks exactly like a banana.This is why it’s hard to get a girth measurement.Depending from where i measure.it varies by a lot.Base looks to be a bit thicker.But all around,with a strong erection i get at least a 5.5 inch girth in the middle.I measured by wrapping a long skinny peace of paper that i cut,than i measured it with my ruler.Don’t know how exact the measurement is,but i am for now happy with my girth.

I get a similar response to heating sometimes, where the shaft seems to get firmer and won’t stretch so much. I solved it by heating it through for 10-15 minutes while massaging and doing helicopters while it’s heating up. After a while it gets soft, but it takes around 8 minutes usually.
I also recall you complaining about a vid where someone stretched his dick as if it were rubber, which doesn’t happen for you. I, again, had that same problem, I could elongate my flaccid unit by maybe 50% or so. After 3 months of length work I can now more than double my flaccid length while stretching, so you may want to keep doing that (and keep track of the progress). Good luck!

HE HE ty for response.I actually,just yesterday,realized that after a good 10 min stretch,my bone pressed flaccid stretched length was as long as my bone pressed erect.This was a huge improvement for me.It didn’t look like rubber:D ,but it was more elastic.I think stretching,over time,will make your penis very elastic when flaccid.The guy in the video told me that he had a hard flaccid too,but after PEing it turned into rubber:D .I don’t think he lied to me,even tho he may have lied about his 4 inch gains in 6 months.

Got ill past few days and BPEL down to 18 cm.I think this is just EQ problems from me not eating anything in 2 days because of my nausea.Still did some serious stretching but skipped the jelqing yesterday.I hope i get better today.

K i managed to eat something today.I also went to the bathroom.Than i searched some porn to get a quick erection.Measured 18.6 cm so i guess my EQ is back.I’ll only count 19 cm as a legit increase,cause 1 millimeter may be from me measuring a bit too bone pressed or something like that.Now that i’m feeling better,i’m happy to say today is jelqing day.I’m gonna try to jelq and do other girth exercises for an hour this evening.

Still following my PE routine and gonna measure in about a 3-4 weeks.Hope i get to at least 19 cm erect length.I’m hitting my tunica the most.

I gained 1 inch without warm ups when I first started pumping although I had to work up an erection which is a mild warm up.

I suggest that if you go down this path, be aware of the dangers and build up stretch tension very slowly and focus on how your penis is reacting, at any sign of pain release your hold.

An alternative is to stretch after jelquing, although you’ll have to wash and dry off the lube. The penis will be a bit fatigued and desensitized so you’ll find that it will be easier to maintain the flaccid state. It’s best if you warm up again before you stretch.
