The Girth Journey continues..

Whastup fellaz, i just came off a week’s decon break from PE after my length routine. Now I switched gears to girth workouts, and tommorow i am starting tommorow morning.

This will be my girth thread, i like to keep my length and girth threads separate. I have outlined the routine and starting starts below:

BPEL= 8.75”
MSEG = 5.65”
BEG = 6.10”
upperSEG = 5.55”
BPFSL = 9.25”
FL = 7”



Routine (1st 4 weeks)
AM session
1. Warm wrap
2. 10 x Uli#3 (20sec)
3. 10 x SSJ (20sec)
4. 5 x Sadsak Head exe
5. Warm Wrap
6. Edge for 30min

PM session
1. Warm wrap
2. 5 x Erect Bend (against curve) x 30sec
3. 5 x Horse 440 x 20sec
4. Erect Jelqs
5. Warm Wrap



Notes:
* routine will be done throughout 8weeks, 5 on and 2 off.
* intensity is added by increasing each hold by 10sec per week and add 50 jelqs per week starting at 100 jelqs a day.
* for the remaining 4 weeks i will split the total number of daily jelqs between AM and PM sessions.
* I will take measurements after week 4 and 8.


I hope the routine will be enough to push my girth to a significantly higher measurement after 2 months or so. Any question, comment or advice is welcome.

GultySpark, I am lucky to have 24/7 privacy at home. I am also taking a gap year from school so i have all the time to dedicate myself to my ideal routine

Im seeing your stats and it seems that you`ve already got some great girth gains.
Did you use that same routine you posted above? For how long?

Daltrey, It appears that I am able to gain girth quicker than length. I did not use the routine stated above. It will be my first time starting this one today. For my previous gains, I used the newbie routine and anothe girth routine I created in an earlier thread.

Just the AM workout of day 1, and i feel good about. Expansion was AMAZING!! I got an unclamped uniform girth of 6” throughout the shaft, even after the workout. Right now my flaccid is hanging at a girth that is similar to my normal erect girth.

I did notice a drop of blood on my 7th rep of Uli#3, i might have clamped too hard and burst a blood vessel. But it didnt stop me from finishing my session. I have a good feeling that i will get satisfying gains after the 8weeks ive set for the routine. I will see how the evening workout goes, hopefully this 1st week intensity wont fatigue my dick

I cannot believe my past 130 posts have disappeared :-( along with my “senior member” status. Even my most important progress reports gone! Oh well I guess I’ll have to live with it.

Anyway its now week 6 of my most recent girth work. My stats are 8.5NBP/8.75BP X 5.75 MG X 6.375 BG as of 26 August 2012. Next measurement date is on 21 Sept 2012.

That’s really frustrating indeed. Didn’t you make any backups for yourself? Anyway, good luck with your routine and happy gaining :-)

That’s why you should have Excel table or something to keep track. :)

But I never said Thunders is the only place I keep track of my progress. I still write my progress, measurements and routines on paper, i have a PE journal. Remember i started PE before joining the forum :-) .

How can you walk with a 7 inches x5,5 flaccid? Not joking, it’s like having a kitten in the pants ahahhaha

LOL! Well i’ve always had a big flaccid my entire life so ive gotten too used to it, plus I don’t wear underwear most of the time so it just hangs. Girth is usually 5.25” most of the time on normal days, its only 5.5” after my workouts. By the way my workout expansion girth now is a solid 6.25” (damn it feels heavy and I can’t close my index and thumb around it).

Just finished my PM session for today (week7, day 2), what a satisfying workout! I am now convinced that I might reach the coveted 6” girth sooner than I expected. I am left with next week to finish the entire routine and switch to length work, but I am satisfied with my progress already.

How are your PIs with this kind of work out? Basically: what’s your EQ like, do you turtle after or have a good hang, do you have morning wood or spontaneous erections throughout the day, etc. Thanks. I’m on a minimalist approach for the next few months, but I really want to increase my girth so I might try something like this.

My PI’s are good, I have great EQ plus I get morning wood every day. I never turtle. The routine basically suits me well.
