I’ve gotten used to my flaccid hang, it was big to begin with anyway. It doesnt bother me at all, plus I dont wear any underwear. Thanks, and happy gaining to you too

Jesus! Today I had one of the best morning woods in a long time. Before I went to bed last night I was flirting with a female friend, we ended agreeing on being fuck buddies for the 2 weeks she will be in town. She even admited that she always wanted to try me out since she heard rumours back in high school that I “got it big”. She asked for a pic and I sent her my most recent pic showing 8.5nbpx5.75 dick. She was blown away and really suprised but was also curious. She also promised not to change her mind and back off now that she has seen my tool. She is arriving tommorow morning and we are supposed to meet a few hours after.

The idea alone caused an extreme night woodie that was really hard to contain. Even when I woke up a few hours ago my wood was on beast mode, it lasted for over 40min on full erection (something that is rare to me). Anyway now I am about to start my AM session with great motivation. Happy gaining to all :-)

I’m now on the 8th and final week of my current girth routine. Intensity is at it’s highest now while being consisted. I will be taking measurements this coming sunday, and then a deconditioning break of one week before starting a new length routine.

Are you measuring or feeling girth gains from your routine? And how does your length routine look like?

I measure every month end. My length routine involves stretching and jelqing. The female friend did not arrive, her trip was delayed, im only meeting her this weekend. Will report back on how she performs.

What’s a good way to increase girth do you think? My stats are below I find it easier to increase length than girth, any suggestions?


Started 18/5/2012: 5.75x4.5

Now 18/9/2012: 6.6x4.9

Goal: 7x5.5

Blackandyellow, It is the opposite way with me. I gain girth easier than I do length. I do think that in your situation you will have to 100% specialise in girth routines to make significant gains (thats if you have enough experience). I find that alternating both girth and length routines balances out my size increase.

TheGr8Leviathan, I’m pretty sure it was you that said that you jelq underhand with your right and overhand with your left because you curve downward and to the left, but I can’t find in what post it was. Well I too have that exact same problem. I was just wondering if thats working for you, are your curves getting better?

Yes it was me, the post probably disappeared with the thread when the forum had a towntime. Yeah the jelqing method works well for me, my curves are improving now, especially the left one. Give it a try, it may work for you as well.

Update: Today is my final day on the current girth routine and I will be measuring in 2 days. I must say I am very satisfied with my progress, now im excited to move to a length routine and chase my 9”NBP goal.

Yes, I just remembered it was in my post titled “6 vs. 6.5 girth” which wasn’t an old post so it got deleted but its a good thing I remembered. I’ve already taken your word for it in advance. I did workout this monring, first time trying your method, lets call that, and by the feel of it I have high hopes for the future.

Im glad to hear it feels right for you. I hope you make gains as well, try and see if there are any changes after a month or two

Measured today, and it seems I have not made significant gains in the past 4 weeks. My official measurements as of today are 8.5NBP/8.75BP X 5.75 MS. Im taking my week’s decon break starting now then after its all about length work.

Did not begin my next routine today as planned. I’ve decided to add another decon week. I got the flu, plus my muscles have been aching since I got back to gym last week to prepare for summer. I will resume PE next monday.

It has been about 3 months now since i did girth work. Im back and this morning i did my 1st session, and right now im wearing my shoelace ADS. The routine is identical to the previous one. Right now il be researching and saving up for a hanger, until then I’l be doing exclusively girth work
