Good morning Gentlemen,
This is my first post, I have been a long time lurker here of the forum, finding thundersplace in a google search in 2014 I want to say. I started then, but my workouts were not structured, I didn’t follow a routine, and had several start and stops just due to a hectic life style I suppose. But, just as every one of you here, dreamed of having a larger cock. I usually tell people, once on the topic of penis enlargement, my goal is to scare small ponies! I am writing this after looking at the graphs and wanting to add some more info for the guys just starting, its possible with the time and effort. Also worth noting, at the writing of this I have never had an injury!
I am a fit Caucasian American, 6’2 male, weighing in currently at 215. I started following a pretty strict routine in January of this year after doing research and deciding to add the Hercules bathmate to my arsenal. My "original" starting measurement in 2014 was 6" at a flex, I didn’t even thing to measure girth at the time. In January of 2017 I started at 6.2"L and 3"G and consistently took monthly measurements along with a few photos using just my hand as a point of comparison as its really hard (lol pun) to measure and snap a shot. I am currently sitting happily at 7.4"L and 5.4"G, though, I have been stalled here for 2 months. My current goal is 8"L 6"G. My current focus is to rid myself of this damned turkey neck and get my forskin back!
I use the standard routine routine. As I write this I know I could be more focused on my jelqs, and starting today, I will be. I modify this routine a bit starting with some skin stretches before I’m lubed and take a short break during the jelqs to add in some focused kegals applying a squeeze to the base to build pressure and hold it until it becomes uncomfortable, discolored, or I get bored.. After my jelqs I add in a 5 minute bathmate session with warm water, this keeps me warmed up as well. Ill go back to wet jelqs and kegals after my pump drops a bit, maybe 5 min, and then back to the pump. Ill add some horse 440s and a clamp in there too. I like the bathmate because it completely engorges the cock with blood, keeps an even pressure to avoid fluid buildup, and make my dick look awesome! I have no experience with other types of pumping. Plus the length markers on the tube are great for tracking progress without busting out the tape. The biggest complaint with the bathmate is getting in the shower every time. I often use it in the shower, but sometimes just fill it and apply it over the tub and go watch youtube or something. I like to hold it in a comfortable position and do some squats. Doing leg workouts is one of the best way to increase testosterone production and in my mind, is defiantly worth it. I’ve yet to have a spill and only get minor drips of water.
I take rest time on vacations and sometimes give myself an extra day or 2 off if life gets in the way. On my off days I still do skin stretches whenever I can.
