Can you quote the post you saw them used in?

I’ve tried to use these techniques several times but can’t seem to do them as directed. Any advice from guys on the larger side on how to make it work? My main issue is not being able to reach the full length without moving my hands which messes up the rest of the motion.

I wouldn’t worry about it. No one has gained any size with this method.

I’m not super concerned about chasing gains any more. I’m here for the science now. If I can experiment on me and help others later I’m willing to do it.

It works so do the work.

You don’t really need to stroke the full length. If you can start from close to the head and get two thirds to three quarters of the length of the shaft, you should be fine. The finger or fingers on the ventral, or underside of your shaft don’t have to stay absolutely anchored in place either. If they travel a bit towards your balls as you downstroke with one thumb, that’s just fine.

So plenty of time has passed now?

How many of guys have reported bigger penis? And how many better erections?

What is current consensus?

It is good for erections. One of the best things for erection strength I have stumbled across. But growth is a big no go.

Oh, I just finished reading this thread. Do I need to read the “Growing Your Own Blood Vessels” thread? I’m at page 44 and I don’t know if I should keep reading now that I know Janus has been banned. So this AM thing works only for EQ?

I have issues maintaining my erection while standing (I lose it pretty quickly) and sometimes while having sex too (I have to masturbate to get erect again).

So no gains in length or girth? My dick is 15cm/5.9” BPEL and 13cm/5.11” EG and I’d like to know if it’s possible to add 2” in length and 1” in girth. Don’t know if it’s an achievable goal or if I should aim for less. I’ve never done any PE whatsoever in any way shape or form except some kegels but like 4 years ago and very inconsistent

Were EQ increments permanent or that too faded when the ‘test subjects’ stopped doing AM methods? I want to try these for better erections. Do someone have still better than this ideas or methods? Thanks

I read word ‘inflamtion’ somewhere in earlier posts by maybe raybbaby. So is there some concerns that prominent veins (or arteries what ever they maybe) are due to inflammation. Instead the benefit from an exercise I think may have to produce prominent strong veins to carry more blood and not swelled ones.

This thread showing back up brought back memories. I tried Angion a few years ago, and as I remember it worked pretty decent. Not only did it improve my EQ, my dick got hard faster.

My EQ has started to sag over the past few days, and I’ve decided to reduce my pumping routine for a bit, so with those few extra minutes yesterday I did a quick angion session along with my edging. Y’know, just for old times’ sake. Maybe it was an anomaly, maybe its the reduced amount of pumping, but my EQ was definitely better than it has been. Everything prior to that in the session was normal. So I did some again this morning, and I’ll tell ya… I won’t be doing that before pumping ever again. A few jelqs, a few gentle 440’s, and a couple sets of Burst Expansion, and I was ready to pump. I had to stop after a couple of pulses because it felt like my glans was gonna explode, and I was using the same pressures I always use. I did a few more jelqs, let it calm down, and finished the session without any more pain, but that scared me. Did the mix of edging and angion again to end the session.

I definitely think there’s something to it. I’ve only been pumping since April, but I’ve never felt anything like that before. I turtled for a while after yesterday’s session, but that might be because it got pretty cold in the house. By bed time, my hang had returned, and my morning wood was achey this morning.

I wouldn’t put all my eggs in this particular basket, but it just might have its place in a well-rounded routine as an EQ exercise. I’m gonna keep it in my post-pump edging for a while. Just a few Burst Expansions and one Pyramid Rush. If it does help expand and grow new vessels, it could be a great companion to pumping
