Well, you’re going to be on your own unfortunately. In that Grow Your Own BV thread, the author states he is not doing these exercises. He is too busy. He simply whipped them up, called them version 2.0, and now you’re on your own. He couldn’t tell you if he wanted to, as he is not doing a routine using them, has not done a routine using them, and has himself seen zero gains from them. You have to use your own best judgement in designing a routine. I wish you luck.

I honestly hope 2.0 is awesome but…

Has anyone made any gains with this? Lots of ideas and how to-s but any gains reported?

In my opinion, the combination of EXtenze and angion method create a similar condition inside the penis as a high flow prapism. This resulting increase is blood flow stretches out the tunica and grows blood vessels, causing gains

Why don’t you just try it? Do 2 minutes of it and then see how you react. Next day 5 minutes if all is ok..
The technique is simple enough.

You don’t even need the whole BE PR stuff for 1.0.
Just move your fingers down the dorsal side in a tempo that works for you.

The short answer… I don’t believe 2.0 is ready for prime time. I think 2.0 has less history, research, and testing then 1.0 did.
Everything about 2.0 is random and it is so random that even Janus says 3.0 is needed.

1.0 I worked into my routine for a couple of months, I liked it, it was ok, no negatives from it but also no gains.

End of the day, I am here for gains, anything else is just playing with myself and I can do that after I have reached some goals.

Side note, I have done 2.0 for a couple of weeks. During that time I emailed Janus for some starting information and numbers he would suggest as a goal to work up to.
That is the only email he didn’t, wouldn’t, couldn’t answer.
Again, everything about this seems too random for me.

Janus, in all fairness to you, you answered this in the main thread for me last night, Thank you.
Life happens, I get it and it is a fair and honest answer.

No need to repeat yourself.

I will say tho, since 2.0 was released, I have been frustrated as hell trying to get information on how to set up a routine that you designed 2.0 for.

1.0 was specific, it was a stand alone routine (yeah, you know I didn’t use it that way but I understood what I was dealing with because you were specific).

2.0 comes out and people have all kinds of routines, all random, no real direction or understanding, just doing what “feels good.”

Just trying to figure out which are my superficial and deep dorsal veins. I don’t seem to have one right on the top of the shaft, but there is one between 10 and 11 o’clock on the left (if top is 1200) - this one branches out on the glans, so I’m assuming that’s one of them? The fact that it’s near the surface must mean it’s a vein presumably, and I THINK I don’t feel a pulse on it. If that would be the dorsal vein then I’d have to be doing Angion 1.0 method more to one side…

Extending via penimaster 2h-4h a day.

Goal: NBEL 8x6 inches

Good for EQ, but a big zero for gains.

Tried it for a few weeks… (including the diet part)

Hands hurt like hell, EQ went erratic, and gained nothing.

You’re supposed to move your thumbs so fast in that pyramid scheme thing that I got RSI-type pain.

For me it was bad for EQ, no gains.
