The 2020 Hanging Routine

Hi :)
I have decided to jump on the PE wagon again..
Hopefully I will find the motivation to keep at it.
My first time doing PE is many years ago, started with an extender, then to pumping jelqing and some hanging.
But it usually only lasted 1-2 months.. I’m hoping for a better 2020

Here is my schedule for 2020 that I made, It`s what I have gathered by reading allot of treads about every subject. But I`m open ears to new/ better ideas :)

Warmup:
IR lamp and some light massage to try to loosen up the tissue and get relaxed
I use a IR temp gun to control the heat and try to stay at 45c

Hanging:
I will use the BIB hanger with the stealth innerwear and sebra skin on the outside to help with
Padding and grip for the hanger.

After doing the LOT test I know I need to hang low angles, so I will do BTC
My LOT was between 2-3 o`clock

Will start with 3 sets of 20 min, 5min rest.
Then work up to 5 sets and then start adding more weights.

All will be done BTC and with the IR lamp on the tendons. Holding the temp at 45c.
At the last sett I will remove the lamp and let it cool down in the elongated state.

After the last set I will do some light jelqing to get some blood flow, before using the stealth with an ADS coil for the rest of the day.
I will also experiment with some tiger balm on the tendon area to keep it from tensing up and prevent soreness.

I will continue this approach until my tendons are fully stretched and get a LOT at about 6 or if progress stops.

Then I will move to more tunica work.
Hanging with a fulcrum (the bib hanger version) to effectively work the tunica.
I will probably use the same schedule but moving away from BTC to SO with fulcrum.

Then when the desired length is reached I will start working on girth.
Have not planned this stage jet, but will focus on clamping some pumping and all day cock ring.

To help me with measurement I made a ruler with a peace bolted to the end, so the ruler looks like a T.
I find this to help taking exact measurements. The peace will hinder me to press the ruler to far into the pubic bone or between the pubic bone and the dick. (I made this mistake before.)

I will also buy the clone a willy set and make a clone of my dick before starting Hanging again.
That way I can make a side by side comparison, and hopefully dwarf the clone after a year(.+)
