Ok. So…..I really don’t like measuring in cms. I have a really hard time trying to tell the difference between 0.1 mm and 0.2 mms. So I’m going back to inches starting tomorrow. Its just easier for me and I like it that way much better…..even if its less accurate.

Thanks! Yeah I’m really loving how effortless this routine is. Just hook weights up and put on heating pad. My past routines have always taken much longer (sometimes up to 2 hours) and most of it required constant attention.

I ended up getting a blister today. I believe it is because I moved around quite a bit during my last set as I was trying to get ready to head out for the day. I didn’t wanna be late. But……….the friction from moving around I believe was the cause of the blister. So now I must take a mandatory week break from PE I suppose :( . However, I have had plans to measure tomorrow. I’m confident I’ve made some small gains.

I am not measuring girth as I feel like my routine doesn’t really affect girth much, if at all. I will probably measure it down the road at some point, but for now I’m skipping girth measurements. As for today’s measurements, I’m quite pleased :) .

I will be taking at least a few days off. Depending on how long this small blister takes to heal. It’s not too bad.

Thanks! Yeah, the blister was quite small. I don’t think it will take too long to heal. I will wait at least 5 days and see if it has healed enough at that point.

Getting back into things. Looking forward to making more gains. I think my blister spot is mostly healed. If I notice anything wrong with it again, I’ll take additional days off. But as of today, I didn’t have any problems during the hang. :)

I’ve been having an issue with blisters. This started happening after I added more weight. I am not sure how to fix it (though I will be looking through the forums for answers). The blisters are usually fairly small and go away rather quickly. I may ditch my glans cap tomorrow and wrap instead of wearing a cap.

Oh man, was I ready to do some PE today. I have really, really missed it. I had to take a long break to allow my blisters to heal completely. I also have some new micropore tape and its like the fucking best thing ever for wrapping. I’m sad I didn’t actually take the advice sooner and purchase it ages ago. Definitely a game changer. Not a single trace of a blister today. Looking forward to getting back into everything!

Great. So I got 2 more blisters. Even after wrapping with micropore tape. I think I had missed the very top. I just didn’t wrap good enough. So I’m out for who knows how long again. This was the whole reason I quit hanging a while back. Idk if will continue once I have healed up. I may go back to pumping. So tired of this……

Your progress is definitely encouraging. Blisters are freaking annoying for sure. I’ve gotten a couple on my glans from the TM vacuum attachments, and as much as I don’t want the blisters to cause me to take a break, I feel that I continue to make gains when I’m off my routine so I don’t get too discouraged.

Starting Over. I originally quit because I injured myself so badly last time that I legit didn’t go into work. I had ripped off a few layers of skin on my glans to the point where I couldn’t wear any clothing. It just upset me and I didn’t want to hang anymore and I had to recover for a few weeks. Since then, I have been on and off pumping and doing tension stretches here and there. But I’m wanting to start again with the Hanging with FIRe again.

I figured it was time to re-measure. Just going to focus on stats while hard right now just because I don’t care to keep track of flaccid gains until I feel like they’re noticeable/noteworthy. My measurements are going to decrease partially because I’ve been out of practice but for BPEL in particular, even more so because I changed the way I measure to a more accurate approach (Hard Ruler on top of shaft vs. on the side). This will also help with consistency.
