Yeah tbh I pretty much have always done them either 100% erect or close to 100%. I’ve read about risks and what not and know that typically you do them at about 30-40% erection but I’ve just always preferred to do them erect. I’ve never had a problem before with it. And back when my routine was more heavily centered around girth, I believe it aided me with girth gains in the past.

Yes, many of the reported injuries we get are from jelqing as you are.

Yeah I don’t apply as much pressure as I would if were doing them at a lower erection. I appreciate the heads up and I may consider doing them at a lower erection level. Maybe I’ll also just change it back to “Jelq” so I don’t consequently encourage others to do them erect. I don’t want any inexperienced members to injure themselves xD

After I got home from work, I noticed my glans had peeled just a little bit. The combination of Pumping/PF is causing my glans to dry up. I am pretty good about applying lotion/ointment but I guess it still isn’t enough. I’ve also been wearing a glans cap while using my PF more often lately.

I pumped a bit longer today just because I was really enjoying it.

Really good expansion today. Not really sure if I’ve made any gains but looking forward to Friday to find out (I measure every two weeks - on Fridays). No PF today — just didn’t feel like it. Depending on my results this Friday I may consider changing my routine but we’ll see.

I did each pump for about 5 minutes longer than normal. I’m amazed at the difference it makes with wearing a cock ring while pumping. I get almost no edema whatsoever when I have one on and I can go longer in the pump without getting edema. Today, I used a larger cock ring because the smaller one added just a little too much intensity for me during each set.

Measuring Day! always, I measured after a hot shower and measured each stat at least 5-6 times to ensure accuracy.

Only length gains again but super stoked to basically be 7.5” BPEL. So close! It looks like I’m still not gaining any girth really from my current routine. I’ll probably try to step it up a bit more on wearing my PF.

I thought that perhaps my pumping/clamping that I have now would allow me to gain very small increments of girth but that’s not happening. If I ever decide I want to for sure gain some more girth, I would have to re-design my routine. I’d probably try to include multiple sets of back to back clamping/pumping and perhaps slow squash jelqs or some other manual exercise to go with it. But, I’m much more occupied with gaining length atm, so I’m going to set that aside for now and continue my current routine.

As a side note, I don’t really measure or keep records of my glans size but it does look a bit bigger to me. Length wise more so than girth. I don’t really feel like adding another stat to track every 2 weeks so I’m going to leave it be but I definitely am excited about that too.

I’ll make a separate post for my routine for today later on.

5 1/2 Hours wearing PF

My TotalMan Infrared Heating Pad arrived today! I wrapped that around my pump during my session today and it definitely made a difference. I normally get to about 7.5 inches in my pump but I was definitely closer to 7.75 or so. My pump is also 8” long and 6.25” in girth. I was close to completely packing my tube both in length and in girth today. I decided to try pumping at higher pressures this time, which was definitely another contributing factor to my almost fully packed tube today. I don’t think I will be using my clamp for a whole 5 minutes based off my experience today. I seemed to have very little Edema after pumping but the clamping made it worse. I don’t think clamping itself was the problem, just that I had clamped too long. I also noticed after wearing my PF, my glans seemed pretty dry.

A little sad today cuz I couldn’t use my pump. My dick needed more time to rest. No PF either. I think I will stop clamping if I use higher pressures when pumping to avoid Edema…….or just clamp for less time. I may end up not even wearing my PF for more than 4 Hours a day or so just to give some more time for my glans to heal up. All this pumping and the vacuum from the PF is really drying out my glans very badly. I’ve tried wearing a glans cap, apply hydrocortisone repeatedly throughout the day but I’m still having issues with drying out.

The good news is that my flaccid seemed much bigger today! This is very likely due to the really good pumping session I had yesterday. I already want to measure again but I would like to make sure I wait till the following Friday (3/18).
