This is my start July 5 2016

Routine 5on/2off:

10 min warm up.
10 min stretch all directions.
5min jelq inverted grip 3-4 seg.
10 min warm down.
50 kegels fast.

Initial Measurement:

NBPEL 13.8cm / 5.43in.
BPEL 16.7cm / 6.57in.
EG 14.5cm / 5.71in.

After a month my routine change to 5on/2off:

10 min warm up.
10 min stretch all directions.
20 min inverted grip 3-4 seg.
05 min warm down.
50 kegels fast (3) sets during the day.

Goal long term: 1.5” length and 0.5” girth.

After 1 month - August 8 2016.

Initial Measurement:

NBPEL 13.8cm / 5.43in.
BPEL 16.7cm / 6.57in.
EG 14.5cm / 5.71in.

Now:
NBPEL 14.5cm / 5.70in.
BPEL 17.5cm / 6.88in.
EG 14.5cm / 5.71in.

I have notice a gain of around 1cm BP maybe bad measurement or better EQ ??

As of September 4 2016.

I’m taking a week of can’t claim gains this month so I will take this time to reevaluate my routine and/or see how my PI’s respond. Hopefully will get more wood, so far I’m getting chubby’s every morning but this could also be the urge to pee.

I’m thinking of including V stretches and lowering my jelq time to 10min maybe two sets of 5min with warm up in the middle.

Would love your opinion on the break and new routine. Nothing to far from the newbie routine but would like to include some extra girth exercise.

And definitely will post some ruler pictures. I haven’t because of ruler shyness but then again I want a constant gain where i can hit the mark of 7” NBP on my worst day :P.

I see you’re taking it slow and keeping it simple. Excellent choices. Nice stats too, both starting and gains. Exchanging some jelq time for V stretches also sounds fine. Take the break, go for another month and see what happens. It’s a marathon after all.

I’d advice trying to look into constant heat and perhaps you could work in some edging. Both have worked for me, give ‘em a go!

I’m actually staying away from edging since I end up going to far. Will go for more heat for sure.

Break is Over after +10 days. Measured and size appears to be the same.

This will be the new routine for the next month.

Important to note that i will be walking 1 hr maybe 5 times a week. I think this helped a lot when I first started.

Hi Thunders,

Yesterday something curious happened to me, i felt like a joint movement on mi penis.

I was doing jelqs, which I do with a little bit of pull force and notice it made a sound and felt like when you pull your fingers and the joints sound. Im not a 100% sure that it made a sound or that it was on the base of mi penis but its the logical place.

I use a inverted grip and sometimes i me turn/spin a little bit with the exercise and that is when it happened.

A couple of members have pointed out that its pop sound of the ligaments and its beneficial. I read the forum post regarding this, but will like to know your opinions. Right now im on my rest days and will try to fill and poke my unit to see if there is damage (no pain or lost of erection).

Any thoughts ??

Ok, back in the horse.

No significant gains this month. Will change up the routine this time to test the limit of overtraining and see if gains come more rapidly.

New Routine (2on/1off):

*10min warm up.
*3 sets 5 direction stretches with 25 kegel pulls. (left, right, up, down, straight out).
*10min jelq straight out 3-4 sec long.
*reheating with v stretches 4 times of 30 sec long.
*10min jelq straight up 3-4 sec long.
*5min warm down.
*25 min edging just maintaining a hard erection.
*1-2 hr straight out hanging with little weight (1/2lb). Just enough to battle shrinkage.

Will keep this up until 2017.

Also interested in using L-arginine any recommendations in brand dosage ???

PS: Trying to sleep with my dick stretch out between my legs read this might help if it healed at a stretch state.

I use the vitamin shoppe brand. Seems to work fine.

First day of Routine done as plan. It was hard to get an erection after the workout but got hard rock after 5-10min.

Morning Erection: Yes w/ sex drive.
