*10min warm up.
*3 sets 5 direction stretches with 25 kegel pulls. (left, right, up, down, straight out).
*8min jelq straight out 3-4 sec long.
*5min jelq straight up 3-4 sec long.
*2-3min warm down.
*15 min edging just maintaining a hard erection.
