Successful Routine

I have been doing PE for years, rather inconsistently and only manual stretches and jelqing.

After coming across this site a couple of months ago, I started a consistent routine and have been getting great results! I am sharing here my routine and experience so far.

My starting measurements were: BPEL 6.9” MSEG 5.9” Goal is BPEL 8”, MSEG 6.5”

I have been focusing on girth over length at the moment.

Routine: 5 days on, 2 days off

Step 1: 10 min warm up using warm towel and massage and stretching using Bio Oil to help skin elasticity (Bio Oil is a $7 item I found at CVS)
Step 2: 10 minute clapping (Zen Hanger Clap) and maintaining rock hard erection. Continue to coat and rub lightly with Bio Oil
Step 3: 5-7 minute massage & jelq .with edging
Step 4: 5-7 minutes BM xx30 while using silicone sleeve (also purchased from Zen Hanger)
Step 5: 5-7 minutes massage and Jelq .. With edging
Step 6: repeat Step 2 to 5 for 3 rounds
Step 7: wear behind the balls cock ring and wrap shaft with a soft flexible bandage. The wrap is with penis in traction and reasonable tightness. The gland swell slightly, but not to the point of turning of being discolored. It’s actually quite cozy and does turn some heads with all that stuffed down my right pant leg :P
Step 8: after some hours of traction wrap and cock ring in place, I will remove and massage and dry jelq for 5-7 minutes and then whenever I use the bathroom.

Note, to enhance EQ (Through the roof at the moment), I also supplement with the following:

5g of L-Arginine (taken in two doses over the day)
200 mg of Pycnogenol (taken twice a day with food) .this does increase precum volume
Red Ginseng 50ml (that’s 5 10 ml over the course of the day)
5g of Epimedium (a.k.a Horny Goat Weed) taken in the morning and in the afternoon. I use a powder form I mix with water

Exercise - strength training and cardio 8 days on / 1 day off
I do practice edging and limit cumming only to when with girl friend or no more that 1 extra time, but no more frequent that every 3rd day. This also enhances orgasm quality and load substantially!!

From this routine I have been doing consistently for the past couple of months, I have experienced:
* Incredible EQ and estimate I am in erect state about 5 hours a day.
* Amazing sex!! My girlfriend as mentioned she really can feel the girth and is cumming herself a bit more explosively :D
* increased size, I am now consistently measuring BPEL: 7.0” and MSEG: 6.2! Base girth is near 6.5”
I am very happy and motivated about the size increase and loving the EQ! The measurement I take using the flexible ruler that came with my BM. It has inches in tenths.

I have been doing manual PE for years on an off with probably more gains to overall EQ and conditioning, but this is the first time I am seeing and experiencing real gains! :D

I hope other might find some useful information here. I know there is a lot, but I am really getting some success and wanted to share.
