Stretch up to 8

Hi everyone.

Decided to start a personal log here to keep motivating myself. I learned about PE many years ago and read about it a lot, but was too lazy or too busy to get started although I always wanted. But now I have, I’ve been peing for 3 weeks already. It’s not that I was concerned about my size but I want more. Maybe it’s perfectionist speaks in me.

My initial measurements were 6,5 NBPEL, 7,5 BPEL, 7,8 BPFSL. Right after I started I figured out that I have a steel cord. That sucks, I thought, but reading all these threads made me understand that there is always a way, I just need to keep going. So I did.

First two weeks I’ve been doing simple manual stretching with a lot of heating with rice sock before, during and after. I pulled pretty hard, but noticed that I had no even temporary gains right after exercise in BPFSL. Not a single millimetre after two weeks. OK, I thought, let’s do something different. This monday I switched to V-stretches. And it worked! On friday my BPFSL right after routine hit 8,15. So I keep going. Didn’t measure EL yet. Planning to do this on next weekend.

But there is one thing. I still don’t feel any soreness after routine. Actually, my hands get tired more than my penis. So I think I have room for exercise intensification
