It’s been about 2 weeks since I began lurking the forum of thunder’s place and since then I’ve been doing PE exercises 1-2x a day for 10-15min sessions. I am ASIAN(Filipino), 21, standing at 5’3(manlet), physical fit. Doctors have said I am grown to my full potential. My dimensions are 5 1/2 inches in length, 5 inches in girth(midshaft) 4 1/2 inches in girth(bottom shaft). In the past two weeks, I have noticed significant gains in erect length and some in girth. 0.5 inches of length and 0.1 inches in girth in TWO WEEKS just following the newbie routine! I have also noticed an increase in strength of my kegels. Couldn’t believe it.
My routine consisted of mainly stretching with kegels, dry jelqs, stretches every time I shower, and slinkys in between. With an occasional rice sock when I am more motivated.

I had just purchased the Bathmate and it plan on using it for further girth growth. I really want to get my base girth up up to at least 5 inches to match the mid shaft. However, I am not worried as of the dimensions rather I am more focused on sheer raw gains!

I noticed many threads talking about chemicals to enhance growth in your penis. L-arginine. Vasodilator. Makes sense that it would bring more blood to penis. I have used many of these supplements through my fitness career and still do. Among the vast number of supplements I also take illegal ones to enhance my progress in the gym. I am a long time believer in if it makes me a better me then I better use it! Keeping my safety and health in mind of course! I have a strong belief that these "supplements" have increased my PE as well.

The stack:
L-arginine 50mg
4ius of HGH upon waking up ED
50mgs of anavar(split into two doses/day)
10mg proviron ED
Recreational use of Cialis and Viagra

I guess that is all I have to say for now, I will keep everyone more updated on my progress.
