What’s up guys!
I have dabbled with the idea of PE before but never really stuck to it because there were no good forums like this one around.
I started up again on the 19th of Aug (about 6 days ago).
First of all, I had always thought that I was around 5 inches in length, turns out I’m 6.1 BPEL. That was a nice thing to find out! Haha.
Second, I’m SO excited to see the types of gains I get over the course of the next year. In the 6 days that I’ve been doing PE excercises, I’ve felt a bit more confidence (not that I really need it, but it’s nice to know that theres a way to get bigger). I’ve also been noticing that I’m hanging lower throughout the day.
My routine the past 6 days has been:
5 min of warm up stretches
10 min of jelqing (2-3 sec per jelq like the vids on here show).
2 days on 1 day off
I’m hoping to gain at least an inch in however long it takes. I’m not quitting this time!
If you have any recommendations on whether I should be doing anything different please let me know! I’d love to learn!
