SizeDoctor Experiment

Hi all,

I’ve been doing jelqing exercises on and off for years, have bought all sorts of different devices and pills in order to enlarge my member. Nothing really has worked so far, and I gave up for quite a bit. To be fair, I never had the consistency with Jelqing to give it a fair shot, but for sure all pills, vacuum devices (water or air based), and strap extenders did not work for me at all.

What I’d like to do is experiment with the Size Doctor (a vacuum based extender) to see if it has any efficacy on erect bone pressed length. I didn’t pick that brand for any particular reason. If I could of found a phallosan cheaper, I would of gotten that- I just wanted a decent, cheap vacuum extender device. I purchased a reasonably-priced unit from aliexpress (consumer facing side of alibaba, a chinese company akin to Amazon) for ~62 dollars. I took the free shipping which only took about 12 days to arrive at my door step in the North Eastern US from China.

Why did I pick a vacuum based extender?
I keep reading about how they were much more comfortable than the strap based extenders. I bought two previous brands that were strap based and ended up tossing them out after a year since they were impossible to wear for any duration longer than 1 hour, even with wrapping, which was extremely time consuming. Wasted time and money, but I think most of us over the years have wasted time on this pursuit by people looking to profit off our attempts to gain.

Quality of the Unit:
The unit I ordered from aliexpress seems of pretty decent quality for 60 or so dollars. The plastic apparatus at the end of the extender poles where your head is inserted into is quite durable/thick plastic that has an amber tint to it. The components seems a little cheap but definitely do the job. They give you plenty of spare rods which was really nice. You roughly could stretch up to 9-10 inches with all of the extension rods they give you. They also give 6 plastic round apertures (look like donuts, essentially), that go around the rim of the plastic apparatus at the end of the extender. These graduate in diameter from the smallest (1) up to the largest girth opening (6). I cannot compare the quality to whatever "official sites" sell, but I am not spending 300-400 dollars on an extending device. The mark up is insane on these devices. I would guess these devices are all manufactured in China anyways, most likely. The unit I received was from a Korean company, but the box/packaging looks exactly identical to what you will find on the US sites. I used google translate to understand the manual that came with the box in Korean and fumbled for about two hours to learn how to apply it to my unit properly by trial and error.

Comfort of Application:
I personally have found "3" girth ring is relatively snug for my flaccid size and enjoy the more secure feeling while wearing the extender. I tried (6) and worked my way down to (3) for the first few days I’ve been wearing it/adjusting to using it.
It’s definitely required to have water-based lube be applied to the head of your penis as well as underneath the ridge in order to assist in wearing the device, otherwise it becomes painful to remove the device and difficult to apply onto your penis. It’s pretty annoying to remove/add the girth silicon rings to the plastic chamber opening as they’re very taught/snug. This is a good thing however, as it ensures it won’t come off and creates a proper vaccum- still pretty annoying to apply by hand however.

Application onto your penis is a little awkward at first but easier once you get it down. I lube up flaccid along my head/under the ridge (anywhere that comes into contact with the silicon girth holder), and then take the entire extender unit, put my penis head right into the opening of the silicon, and then give 2 or 3 solid pumps with the bulbous pump that creates the vacuum. With the lube, the head will slide right in to fill in for the vacuum that’s created. One annoying thing that takes a little while to get down is once you have your head solidly inside the chamber, removing the pump from the top of device (where the vacuum release value is) is pretty tricky. I usually have to fumble with it 3-4 times to get it right and then seal the vacuum with the metal hanger that holds it closed. This is where the quality of this device kinda sucks, but it’s workable.

Once the device is on, I can wear it for hours and go about doing stuff in my house or just relax/read/watch a movie. This is not a device you can easily wear outside the house. I won’t even attempt it, personally. I’ve seen some videos of people saying you can tuck it up into your pant belt and cover with a longer shirt, but it’s still obvious. There’s a huge bulge going up onto your stomach. So this is not one of those device I’d recommend or even thinking about wearing outside. It’s way too obvious.

Expectations from studies done:
So far I’ve logged about 6-8 hours a day. I haven’t kept absolute track of the hours, but that’s what this log is for. I’d like to make measurements at 1 month intervals with major ‘check ins’ at 3, 6, 9, 12 months to indicate if there’s any progress. I’ll be adding in light jelqing after the stretch sessions for about 10-15 minutes. Heat application/warm up is from a hot shower after the extender is removed. Studies done with strap extenders indicate that penile flaccid length (hanging length) improved around 1-2 inches after 6 months, and stretched length improved by about ~2 inches wearing a strap-based extender for 6 hours a day for 4-6 months.

Best case, flaccid hang improves 2 inches, stretched length improves by 2 inches, BPEL length gains aren’t indicated in these studies, but from other posts from members on this site, I see about 1 inch gains per year or so. That means about a half inch gain at the 6 month mark would be a ‘best case’ scenario to hope for.

Worse case, no gains at all of any kind.

I will most likely make weekly updates and monthly measurements to log progress. Daily hours logged will be kept in a personal note book. Let me know if you guys have any questions, want pictures of the extender unit, or any suggestions for this experiment. Although it’s just a poor study (n=1), hopefully adding a little more data to the pool of the members here will give us better insight into what works and doesn’t.

Starting Stats:
6’ BPEL

Short Term Goals:
7’ BPEL

Long Term Goals:
8’ BPEL

I haven’t measured flaccid or girth, but I will after my stretch session and update with another post as a benchmark. Also of note is that I’ve only had this extender for a week before I wrote this post.
