Hello all!

I’m going to be starting PE again. I tried it for two weeks then lost motivation. Then I found Thunder’s Place and it got me motivated again and have other people to talk with and learn from. I’m starting this thread to keep a progress report.

Today will mark my first day of PE. It’s gotten to the point where I won’t stop until I achieve my goals.

Here are my current measurements:
NBPEL 5”
BPEL. 5.5”
MSEG. 4”

Short term goals
BPEL. 6”
MSEG 4.5”“

Long term goals
BPEL. 7.5”
MSEG 5.5”

I’m rather skinny and for that I am weight lifting and trying to put on 20 lbs of muscle. I hope this doesn’t effect my gains below the belt, but I heard exercise and nutrition is important for both of those gains.

I am starting with the Newbie Routine:
1. 5 minutes of hot wrap
2. 5 minutes of stretching
3. 10 minutes of jelqing (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes of hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day REST

I will be doing the Newbie Routine for 90 days before I start including a pump and extender into my routine.

Please please, let me know any tips you guys did to see faster gains or any motivation or advice you can give me!

Good luck man, you’re starting out close to where I started (I was even shorter though). Looks like you have a good plan in place. Gains will happen if you stick with it.


Started (Dec 2017): 5.0 BPEL X 4.1 MSEG

Now (Feb 2024): 6.5 BPEL X 4.25 MSEG

Just finished day 1.

I’m planning on moving my sessions to the morning when I wake up so I have it done for the day because I feel some nights I will be to tired and not do it. This way I have a morning routine and it always gets done. Feeling okay, nothing impressive. Might be a little sore tomorrow but sticking to the 2 days on 1 off.

Also, I won’t be doing any measurements during the month only once each month. I can’t get unmotivated or down if I don’t see results. Must get my confidence!

Day 2

I plan on updating this progress report once a day to keep me disciplined to following the routine until it becomes a habit.

Today I did my routine (Newbie Routine) in the shower. This session felt better than yesterdays, I felt more loose. One concern I have is my stretched length when I’m doing my stretches can’t go past my erect length and I’ve heard you’re supposed to go past by a little bit. Is this a concern I should have or will I reach that eventually as I continue stretching and becoming more flexible?

Tomorrow is a rest day. Which I think is much needed but also well earned.

Day 3

Rest day today. Nothing noticeable, maybe a little sore on the sides but other than that nothing to report.

Day 4

Continued the newbie routine. Could be in my head but penis feels a little more stretchable than Day 1. I will begin measuring my stretched length now as well. After session, felt a little dry skin so I applied moisturizer.

Day 5

Today I tried out my pump. I started PE before for a couple weeks so I didn’t think it was a bad idea. I settled on 1.5 Hg so nothing high at all. I marked it on the pump, I only reached my erect length at 5.05” so not sure I got much out of it? Then I did 100 jelqs and instead of a hot wrap used a hot shower to end. Rest day tomorrow so we will see if I over did it by using the pump.

Day 6

Rest Day today. My second rest day so far in my PE journey. My erect length and girth seem to look the same, as well as the flaccid.

I just wanted to experiment with the pump cause I was excited. I think I will not use it for the remaining 84 days and strictly use the Newbie Routine because I feel stretching helps me a lot. I guess we will see if that’s true in 84 days.

I apply moisturizer daily now just to keep hydrated and to take precautions.

Back at it tomorrow!

Day 7

Okay, I take back my words. I really enjoy pumping because it’s visible results if it they aren’t quite permanent yet. It gives me an eye for what I’m going for. So I did 10 minutes of pumping today and got up to 5.5”. No pain so don’t worry I’m not forcing the pump. Then 100 jelqs and used the shower as the hot wrap. I will continue the pump and increase time eventually over the 90 days.

Day 8 & 9

Was able to pump for 10 minutes and get 100 jelqs in then I had to go out so wasn’t able to post. Today is a rest day, everything is going well, nothing to report but keeping at it!

Day 10

Back to it. Continued with the 10 minutes of pumping and 100 jelqs. Noticing my flaccid seeming a little bigger, could be in my head. But my confidence is definitely going up as the days go by even without my first measurement milestone. Still only able to reach 5.5” when pumping.

Day 11

Got closer to 6” than I was to 5.5” so thats really motivating for me. Rest day tomorrow!
