I have recently started my PE journey. I am going to post my progress as a way for me to track my progress and also to show others how I’m doing on this journey. Also if I ever have any questions or need help to adjust a routine.

Beginning measurements:
BPEL- 6.1” EG- 4.8” (6.1” is a good day, I’m probably a 6.05” on a normal day)

It has been 21 days since I have started my PE routine.
Current measurements:
BPEL- 6.25” EG- Haven’t been able to measure due to losing my measuring tape.

Current routine-
7 minutes warm up
30 second stretches in 5 directions x2
100 3 sec jelqs
5 minute kegels

How’s the progress so far for a newbie? I can safely say I have gained around .2 of an inch in 3 weeks. I’ll post again when I measure in like a month or two.
So far I am happy of how things are going and a habit is slowly starting to form. Good luck to you all, and for the skeptics that may view my posts, this sh*t is working.

First month of PE complete. STATS and questions.

It has been a full 30 days since I started.
I have a simple routine-
5 min warm up with a heating pad
5 min stretches
100 3 sec jelqs
5 minute kegels

Beg stats-
6.05”-6.1” BPEL, 4.8” EG
Current stats-
6.3” BPEL, EG- have not measured yet

My experience so far-
Currently everything has been going smoothly. I think I am very aware of how much force to apply when doing my routine. Not to little but not too much. Even as a total beginner, it makes sense that if you are able to find this equilibrium, gains will come faster then you know it. I find it easier to do and less tedious with a heating pad. You can do it in your room or where ever. I advise those who use something like a warm washcloth, to go for a heating pad. It heats not only your unit but also the surrounding area, and it is not a hassle which I believe is essential to building a sustainable habit. As for my gains, I am eccentric, a full .2-2.5” in just my first month. Yes I am aware it probably is just better EQ but still. Eccentric nonetheless, and seeing these gains really have motivated me to continue doing it.

Questions- When is it time to change your routine? Also, when you do change it, what should be changed? Like should it be the amount of jelqs or stretches, or will you need to incorporate different types of jelqs and stretches to continue gaining? And should my routine be progressively getting more intense. I read that after every couple weeks, you should increase the amount of jelqs and/or stretches. Is this recommended even if I am still gaining at a good pace?

Nice gains. If it is working, stay the course until you stop gaining. Then you can mix it up.

So. I am writing a post because I need help. I gained almost .3 in my first month. I noticed that my erection quality was a bit lower and I noticed I hadn’t really been gaining. Should I take a break? I have been doing 2 on 1 off with my routine for almost 2 months now with no breaks so I could’ve been over training. Will I lose these gains?

A week long break, every 6 weeks, is a good idea.

Do a search on the forum for “physiological indicators”. It is gospel reading for PE, the rules to train by and how to listen to your body for feedback and how to use that feedback.

I think you will be fine with a couple of days rest or maybe a week. When you EQ is back you can star PE again.
