So I started PE at the beginning of September and was very skeptical, and hence said so in my first post. I had been contemplating surgery for over 2 years, but decided to put it off in order to give the natural way a try. A little over 5 weeks later and my skepticism is all but gone and I felt I’d start a much more positive thread to monitor my progress.

In 5 weeks I’m almost positive I’ve experienced both slight length and girth gains. I know for a FACT that my EQ is now through the roof, and my libido is also up as compared to before which is probably due to increased confidence. :)

In this thread I officially pledge a minimum of $250 donation to the site if I reach my goals without surgery.

I’ve taken a classic bodybuilding approach to my new routine which is dividing my routine. For example some people will do all pulldowns to work back width on the 1st back day of the week, and then they will do rows to work thickness on the 2nd back day of the week. Rinse, and repeat. This allows the body to work the muscle although not completely repaired since you’re using the exhausted muscle only as support now.

I started off with the newbie routine for my first month and recently developed into this routine, which is not exact but this is the bare minimum.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Length Days)
*All pulls are held for 30seconds* I apologize if I screw up the names*
Upward stretch 5sets
Straight Pulls 5sets
Left/Right Pulls 5sets
Down Stretch 5sets
Helicopters 4sets **At the end I do 15 straight pulls like I’m yanking a cord out of a socket, but carefully of course. I also go both clockwise and counterclockwise.
A Stretch 4sets
V Stretch 4sets
Reverse Kegels (No set amount or time. Random contractions through out exercises and some after)

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Girth Days)
*While doing all girth exercises EXCEPT bends, I try to maintain as close to 100% erection as possible by watching porn and stimulation.&
Flaccid Bends 3sets 30seconds each direction
Clamping 1set 10minutes
Jelqs 1set x 50reps
-5min break-
Clamping 1 set 10minutes
Jelqs 1set x 50 reps
-5min break-

I started off with the newbie routine for my first month and recently developed into this routine.

*I would also like to note I’m currently looking for a hanging device and once obtained will change my length day routine to accommodate it. In the bodybuilding world there is an important factor to growth called “time under tension”. With my current manual exercises, which are exhausting by the way, I spend 16 minutes actively stretching the penis but it takes longer than 30 minutes to complete. When using a hanging device for 3sets of 10minutes you could have 30minutes under tension for the same 45minutes which would most likely lead to better results. This same principle applies when using an ADS, Clamping, Hanging, or Pumping and once I’ve acquired these devices I’ll be mostly using them to get the maximum time under tension from each of my workouts.*

*I’m also trying to find a cockring that fits to wear throughout the day. I bought one but its Asian size and is so damn tight it feels like I’m clamping! I can barely get it on soft, so its not safe. I will continue to look and will add that in once acquired.*

This seems like too much too fast. Just listen to your body and be sure to adjust accordingly. It took me almost 6 months to get where I am in intensity. Be careful, happy jelqing and good luck on your goals.

Size anxiety is the mere response to viewing other males as a threat and the corresponding jealousy it causes. Realize that your feelings are a response to a perceived threat and the anxiety will disappear. My log: Big Booty Extravaganza (and Log)

The penis doesn’t condition as easily as muscle does. And the penalty for rushing isn’t just injury but slowed gains. And it is so gradual you won’t see it.

The amount of stuff you have listed is so long to read that I’m not sure I personally could handle your routine.

And remember…no matter how tough your penis is, you are here to get bigger not a stronger dick that can withstand all the trauma you need to experience to get bigger. Trauma is needed and this is too much for a positive result too soon.

When I started clamping I went to the last click, but now no matter how much I push I can’t get the last one to lock unless I go flaccid. I’m not sure if the cable clamp is malfunctioning under tension, or if my girth has grown a little bit where I can no longer lock it in. If I try it without my penis in it still clamps all the way.

Any experienced clampers care to weigh in? Do you guys still get the clamp to click in as much as when you started?

I just hope for the best for you, to be honest. Bodybuilding and Penis Enlargement are similar not identical and some of what you have listed just is more worrisome than productive.

Did my first official weigh in after 3 months. Next one will be March1.

BPEL: 7.75”
MSEG: 5.125 ( I’ve actually had up to 5.365, but currently having low EQ I suspect from cellular repair in progress after clamped bends. The 5.125 is consistent even with low EQ and thus is what I’ll report. )
EL: 5.75”
FG: 4.75
FL: 4”

Have been considering taking a rest from clamping to focus on the Tunica/Length, for a few weeks, but not exactly sure what I’ll do yet. I looked into ordering a BIB Hanger but is about $120 for shipping so I haven’t decided yet. I’ve also been thinking about ordering a Bathmate Hydromax40 but have not done so yet because the ones I find available here cost $305.

Once I’ve figured out what I’m going to do for my routine I will post it. For the rest of this week I’m taking it easy and celebrating my gains and just doing some light jelquing until my EQ returns.

So about 2wk ago I finally ordered a BIB Hanger. It came in the mail today. It has a couple small defects but seems to do the trick. I’ll polish up the defects with a dremmel when I have some spare time.

Question: How do the vets usually start off hanging? For my first day today I did
1set: 1.5lb 20min
2set: 2.5lb 20min
3set: 5.0lb 20min
ALL straight down. Did the vets in here start off doing straight down or do you recommend BTC, OTL, or some other position?

That weight ramp up is extreme. There’s a good chance you’ll run into stalled gains at that speed. You need to regularly change position as well. I suggest reading Hanging 101 and being a bit more careful.

Was trying to find my comfort zone since it was my first time. 1.5lb isn’t enough, 2.5lb was light, 5lb a moderate stretch and is most I’m going until I’m able to consistently use that weight.

Todays routine I did 2.5lb, 4lb, 5lb.

Tomorrow will be 4lb, 4lb, 5lb

Day after 4lb 5lb 5lb

Then 5lb 5lb 5lb

and after that will increase sets not weight. I’ve read the beginning to Hanging 101, and have also been reading a lot of BIBs threads; I’ll browse through and see what people besides the author of 101 had to add too.

It seems time under tension like I figured is accurate and what led to Bibs massive 4.5" gains. He hung daily for an extended amount of hours. He practically used his hanger as an ADS. I’ll try to follow a similar route. I’ll build to 5lb and then try and get at least 12 20min sets throughout the days before I increase weight. That’ll give about 3hr under tension.

TG I appreciate all your time and advise. Clamping was a great experience and I certainly gained from it. I also admire your caution & commitment to both PE yourself, and others you help on the threads. It seems I find myself reading something from you on pretty much every thread that has been worth reading. You have the patience to do great things buddy.

Bib was an absolute beast. Talk about dedication. I read his threads on here and spent a decent amount of time on his forum while I was trying to figure out the best hanging strategy. Last time I was on the forum earlier this year he was still responding to questions in a timely manner.

There’s more to it than time under tension though. I’d finish reading it if I were you. Heavy sets without regular changing of position are problematic. Additionally, without having completed the body of work, many comments will be out of context.

But, hey. It’s your journey. There’s a reason I quit hanging after 5 weeks even though I own two Bibs. I’d do more research before settling on a strategy.

Still hanging. I remember reading it somewhere that, “hanging has a long learning curve”
I completely agree with this. It can be a pain in the ass. I’m still getting use to my hanger.

I’m doing about 3sets 20min for an hour a day usually for minimum. If I got over 3sets I use a different position than Straight Down, such as BTC or a fulcrum. Typically 5.0lb on SO, SD & 2.5lb for BTC or Fulcrums.

Next measure in will be March 1. Same date as I tally up 1st quarter of the year goals in other aspects of life. Looking forward to reporting then.

Well it’s been a fairly productive quarter I suppose. I started hanging right around January. I’ve stuck with light weight only increasing a pound or so a week. I’m at 5lb BTC and just did my first set at 10lb Straight down the other day.

I strive for 3 sets a day giving an hour of tension. I always try to hang at least 1 set a day which has happened except a couple times I was sick, away from home, or taking care of the family. I haven’t been jelquing much and I think my EQ has suffered because of this. I’m trying to ramp up some jelquing again. I clamp occasionally for a set or two as well. I’m actually logging all of my workouts. If I reach my goal when I retire I will post my log on my thread for posterity purposes.

So my status update for this month:
FL: 4.625”
FG: 4.625”
EL: 6.0”
EG: 5.25”
BPEL: 8.0”
