No. This will be my first ultrasound.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I hope to get postable images. I don’t know if I will get any small enough to display at the upload limit. As is, still working on exactly what I will get.

Just thought as you have that condition on your unit if it was diagnosed somewhere along the line.

Anyways now you´ll be possibly able to see if there is any scar tissue formation due PE also.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Doppler Ultrasound: thoughtfulgold

I did the ultrasound. Results are here.

Ultrasound- Why it mattered.

The idea of me getting an ultrasound to prepare for penis surgery from a 3rd party doctor is prudent. It shows the caution of a man invested in the function of his penis. At the same time it is ludicrous to many, even on this forum, because I have at least 8” Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length and by no measurement standard is that inadequate. Combine that with 6” of girth at my thinnest point when fully erect and…it is a rather large penis. But…I want more so I wanted to be sure I was in good health for more. Let’s talk a bit about penile health though.

One of my concerns as a 10 year PE veteran as of last month was that the toll of time would tell on my penis. That all the squeezing, pulling, inflating and sticking of my penis with needles would tell on me. That maybe I had venuous leakage or some other condition that explained my rampantly bad EQ with my partners without an ED medicine. I wanted to know if I had damaged myself or if there was anything legitimately wrong with the inner workings of my penis. I had theorized I was in perfect health. That I had a penis so strong that maybe it would defy logic and all my problems were in my head. That I truly just needed confidence and comfort with my sexuality. Maybe the ultrasound would bear all of it out.

As it so happened, it did.

The results of my ultrasound were that my penis was in textbook working health. That my flow numbers were barely chartable they were so far outside of normal optimum ranges. That I needed multiple injections to get my penis down due to the incredible flow and the width of my penis. The doctor who performed my ultrasound somewhat touched on that, when putting the needle in all the way to the base each time. I had the penis that set the bar for penis health at least internally. This…has sat with me for almost 24 hours and now I’m writing on it.

I really am my own worst enemy. Though the involuntary ease of erection of good meds and how they raise my drive does help, it just speaks to the fact that I have a lot of sex left to have and I need to get on it and do it meds or not. It helped me understand that my fears, while founded in some logic, were ultimately baseless in reality. And yes, it is a green light for whatever procedure I want done to increase my size but it is also a green light for me to be happy with myself and maybe mend more of my sexual confidence. The ultrasound validated that my penis is big, strong and healthy. Which is all I ever wanted.

Sure, me going in on a ligament release and fat graft is “too much” and “impractical” but…this is where you have to remember you’re reading the local crackpot’s journal. It’s his penis and he’s perfectly happy aiming at and attaining outsized proportions. He also owes you no explanations but you seem to read a fair bit of them here so…maybe an ultrasound could be a watershed moment for you as well.

It was for me, regardless the direction I go with PE from here. And I wanted such a moment to pass to see how I would fare in the aftermath. I am happy with the result. The result is far more than the 7 pictures linked in the post above. So much more.

Realizing My Path

The key to success at something is to find the path doing it that you most enjoy. You will find trial and tribulation in short-order if you stay with it long enough. It is bound to happen. But if you start with trials and tribulations you are unlikely to continue without some sense of enjoyment and actualization early on to inspire you to greater feats of effort.

Penis Enlargement is a big guessing game on what will work and what someone can stand to actually do to their penis. You can read and become an academic expert but you won’t know anything until you do PE and then get some kind of results that let you know what exactly you know. I’ve done pretty much everything PE has to offer and it’s funny that I spent so much time circling back to the beginning to make my way forward.

My journey in PE started with an X4 Labs Gold Edition extender with 2100 gram springs back when 2100 grams were the strongest springs anyone had to offer. I ran that device a year and a half to very good results. Over that time span I ran my nooses dry and also ended up taking leave from PE a long time. Now, I’m more into it again and my size is simply beyond that of the standard extender setup. Marlon with LG Hangar made clear he was working on a prototype extender that would use his vacuum chamber and I was a bit eager to see what it would be about. I’ve always maintained my allegiance to extenders and that hasn’t changed. This one…it seems to fit the bill for me moving forward. Large enough to fit me at the base, solidly constructed enough that I can move around with it on and long enough that if I should gain it will accommodate more length. So I can run the hours I need to voyage to length goals I’m looking at.

All that aside, the extender is my thing. I do a bit of pumping prior but it’s about the use of the extender and the hours clocked. That’s the goal. I know my PE pathway. And it’ll be extending, whether I get surgery or not, until I either hit my goals, break my extender or hit the lottery and find 1000 other things to do.

You have to know yourself to persevere in any endeavor for an extended period. To understand how you consume the time best.

I am very glad to read you are sticking to length gaining after all, you will have great results I am sure of it.

The ultrasound and the fact that your penis is in great condition, it really wasn’t supposed to be such a surprise I guess, make me feel great, thank you man, I was contemplating on doing something similar with my urologist but got caught up in the other thing I had going with surgery and it went away eventually. So thanks a lot for bringing such info to this forum, PE is basically verified on your thread.

I always wanted to ask you, now that you’ve been through all this work with the P shot and all, what is your opinion on pain in the penis regarding gains? Isn’t it necessary, shouldn’t we be getting that feeling when “growing”?

The problem with that theory is that everyone has a different tolerance and interpretation of “pain” and how significant it is or not.

I have been working out for going on for months. What I think is a mild burning in my legs after a workout may be debilitating for someone else who has done the same workout. Even if our fitness levels are similar, because I have a different tolerance level for pain, it can be perceived as totally different.

Plus some pain is just bad and dangerous.

So I will not endorse pain as a part of PE. You may feel pain and gain. You may feel pain and not gain. Only time and your body will tell.

I’d suggest a great deal of caution before proceeding with lig release/fat graft surgery.

I looked into it about 15 years ago. What I learned was that the lig release bit (cutting the suspensory ligament) will cause your penis to hang lower, exposing a bit more of the penis. It will look longer, but give you a lower erection angle too. Your penis won’t be any longer, but it will look that way (assuming that the surgery is successful).

15 years ago, the fat graft surgery didn’t have a high success rate. Much of the transplanted fat is reabsorbed into the body. Of the fat that remains, it has a tendency to migrate, leaving uneven lumps on your penis. Nobody wants a lumpy penis.

This is risky and extreme surgery. It is possible that the surgical techniques have improved since I investigated this, but I’d want to know a great deal about success rates, and see what failure looks like.

Honestly I haven’t seen failure pictures from the doctor I talk to. You have a point that I should make a point to see them. It is perceived that through some mechanic there is some actual length increase from a ligament release. It isn’t simply just an erection angle change. Marlin from LG hanger speaks on his ligament release as an inch gained after using his hanger. Not going to say that one person’s word is Gospel but I will say it leads me to believe there may be something to it.

As far as the girth surgery with the fat graft I don’t know what to think. but because when I spoke to the doctor I would probably have to pay separately for both procedures I think I would probably stick to just the length procedure. I simply do not have the funds for both nor am I willing to take on that much debt.

On point as usual Ernie. But right now I’m in an experiment phase that may stop me from going under the knife anyway. I’ll post about that soon as well.

I remember when consulting surgeons for some breathing issues I had only one doc told me the full story of the potential risks of surgery. The rest downplayed or didn’t even mention them at all.

I am curious too about the procedure since , medicine has improved so much.

The doctor only explained a certain amount. I don’t have enough medical knowledge of how the procedure used to be done compared to how that is changed in the last 15 years to explain what the differences are. I like to believe that the advances in medical technology we make the procedure more viable. I cannot know that for certain though and honestly I doubt that the doctor would show me pictures of failures due to HIPAA and also because he wouldn’t keep those on file to show as they wouldn’t help him sell. as honest as the doctor seems I don’t know of a single sales person that keeps proof that they can fail on hand for customers to inspect.

Are they going to be using dermagraft? That is an amazing product for wound care. I wonder if it could be used for a permanent girth surgery.

They’re using an autologous fat graft. I’ve seen doctors with dermagraft as their listed filler. But that’s far and away down the list as I would opt for a ligament release before girth surgery.
