Compression Shorts-making it work.

I came up with a solution so that I can wear my Xsleeve outside of the house. Compression Shorts

It is a very practical setup. Compression shorts to make fine underwear and hold the entire setup along my thigh in a very snug and comfortable configuration. The natural swing of the weight is minimized very very much, unless wearing the heavier one. Sitting down however, still leaves a somewhat obvious print along my leg. So it is not the kind of thing I would wear to a social engagement. But shopping at Walmart or other things where I’m out and about and not interacting on a personal level, perfectly fine.

I have a question thoughtfulgold, does protein help PE? I have noticed some girth gains since taking protein powder for my gym sessions the past month. 0.2 inch gain in girth. Not a lot but still interesting. I might be wrong on the cause hence why I’m asking.

Supplement use and its effects will greatly vary from person to person. The main things considered with supplement use is that how your body will metabolize those supplements is going to be unique to you, your current physical state and age and genetic markers you cannot account for.

It can help, it can’t really hurt but I doubt you’ve isolated protein powder alone as the factor for your girth gain so don’t think too hard on it.

Agree. There are a lot of variables involved in penis enlargement, including genetic and epigenetic variables which can be extremely broad. Thanks for the quick reply though.

Mastery: More powerful than any technique or device

I spoke with a user via PM about some of the things I’m doing now and some of the theory that supports it that he found. He thinks I’m onto something and mentioned something about the vision I have, to keep gaining and keep using my mind to stay ahead of stagnation. This was the gist of the chat but…I was likened back to some of the masters, old and new.

People message me daily asking me to help them start PE, to tell them how to gain faster, or demanding I write them a personal routine. The truth of the matter is…even if I told them how to start and wrote them routines…none of that would help them gain any faster. The key there is people think I have the “Holy Grail” of Penis Enlargement. Somewhere, somehow, I’ve got some kind of jeweled chalice that I drink from and just get bigger and bigger. It’s that simple, to the outside viewer.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

For every successful routine, I’ve tried 5 or more that yielded nothing. For every successful device combination, I have to have tried 3 that did nothing. And…as many times as I’ve posted gains, I have seen losses twice as many times. Not twice the loss for every gain, otherwise my penis would be very small by mathematical standards. Just that I have had setbacks twice the rate of my successes and only by sheer will do I continue forward. It is this will, this tenacity and this clinging to an idea…a desire of my ideal penis that pushes me forward. And really, to take it all the way back then forwards again…you have to talk about the old masters who had to take this storm of personal messages the same way I have.

You see it in the biggest gainers in the history of the game. Big Girtha, xenolith, Bearded Dragon, PEForFun, and Bib himself. All of them are ‘household names’ in the PE game here on Thunder’s Place. Each of them took a different path to incredible gains and that path only shares one thing in common. A mastery of a style of tissue deformation that creates stable, predictable gains for that person. Honestly, I believe that genetics and starting sizes affect many of each of these users’ viewpoints and styles as they developed but that is only a small piece of why they are the most successful at the game they picked to play.

Big Girtha was a famous clamper. Him and Monty developed the Air Clamp and he used clamping and pumping to what appear to be superhuman levels to achieve incredible gains over time. Every single one of the warnings about clamping was in his mind but not a single one slowed his use of them. He mastered every reaction of his penis to the stimuli of his choice. And one post I read of his sticks out. He said that people should put the time and effort in and then spoke on pressurizing a tube for 15HG and riding on his motorcycle for like 40 minutes this way because he was on his way to a party or date. I don’t like the idea, it doesn’t sound practical, safe or even terribly useful but…raw tenacity, citation one.

xenolith, you have to hand it to for pioneering an entirely new work and rest cycle as well as some of the most unique and intense methods used here these days. His crowning achievement, a nearly limitless tool for length and girth when applied judiciously with both proper durations, intensity and rest time into the months…is the “Tiger Trap”. The idea behind the device is causing deliberate minor levels of injury and forcing tissue to heal back larger and stronger while guiding this healing process with small amounts of PE4F pumping and use of custom built All Day Stretchers called the “Cock Coil” or “Hair Tye Wrap”. His “Inflammation, Proliferation, Repair/recovery” theory was not his own, originally. Several members seemed to come to similar conclusions but his gains and continuous adaptions of the method earn him the mantle of the Father of IPR and he is who everyone asks the most questions regarding that PE style. The Tiger Trap is two pieces of wood with semi pointed faces that compress the sides of a mostly erect, clamped to be sure, penis. The stress and pressures involved are titanic and the risk has caused even xenolith himself to bleed from the urethra. But the gains, both the rate and the continued cadence of them, speak for themselves. It is a mastery he has and a line he willingly walks. Citation 2.

Furthermore, Bearded Dragon follows many of xenolith’s style of research and risk to find new methods and has had very significant gains using raw ingenuity and courage. He takes a little from everyone with something interesting to share but follows most closely the scientific approach of xenolith.

Now, there is PEForFun. His foray into the community was very brief and his method was rather…risky. He simply picked an industrial vacuum pump and cylinder and experimented with total vacuum forces after finding regular pumping lacking. His gains were titanic and pushed him pasat 7” MSEG which was beyond his own original thought or intention. However, if you read his log and routine he posted (which may not be up, as the server seems to have eaten routine pages) it really didn’t have details on exactly what pressures he used (since he went gaugeless) and exactly how long he pulsed how much time. It is a central reason that my PE4F pumping experiment features times, pressures and durations and why I wasn’t willing to try the style of pumping without a gauge in my system. But, he developed a feeling for it and read his Physiological Indicators well enough that his mastery of that method got him massive girth gains in just over a year’s time. Citation 3. Duly note that as many times people have asked him his routine, his responses are general and encourage getting a feel for what you can handle.

No talk of legends can be complete without Bib, or “Bigger” as he also was known. The Father of Modern Hanging Protocols and the clamp style hangar that most still swear by. Little do most know that Bib actually created another work protocol based around girth and a schedule for it as well as his famous “No days off” constant hanging style that is still the gold standard for many hangars to imitate. Short of writing a book on his accomplishments, it was his theory about how a penis deforms over time that led him to pioneer his hanging schedule. And his mastery of that schedule that makes his 4.2” length gain so absolutely incredible and enviable. Citation 4. He has a website where he sells his hangars, forum where he still answers questions on a regular basis, and people still swear by much of the theory he wrote years and years ago and his sons assist in the business. It is a legacy that will live on long after his death.

The common thread here wasn’t so much of a focus on any particular style of work, any schedule of work…any theory that even links all of these together because no theory currently written does. The common thread is each of these men sought a particular style of deformation to work over time and they could feel and repeat patterns of deformation through their understanding of the method chosen and the Physiological Indicators of their penises. That’s the key element here. And, if you note in many of my entries where I do any session I am always writing about my PIs post session and how I want to change the routine in the future. Because, your ability to understand your penis is how you achieve size. Not device you pick or the guru you choose to follow.

Mastery does not come from imitation.

I’m intrested about your flaccid girth gains since there isn’t much info about it.So are your flaccid and erect girth gains linear gains in linear correlation?

Not necessarily but for the most part, yes it correlates.

I have not taken good long term minding of flaccid girth. Recent gains in flaccid girth indicate it gets larger regardless of erect girth at times. It’s why my flaccid girth is close to my erect now.

PE: Those who gain safely and those who gain with risk

Penis enlargement is complex and rife with risk. It simply is. Like any gambler, the average PE practitioner weighs his risks with potential rewards. If you are reading this log on page 55 then you probably have weighed the risks and decided the reward is worth seeking despite the risk. In that case, this post is for you.

If you have done PE and not been injured then you are likely lucky or safe. If you have done PE and have been injured then you are certainly wise.

If you look at any of the long-term users of this forum, most have either given up on PE and watch from the sidelines or for the very very small minority that has gained a lot has probably found an injury or two along the way. There is a reason for this.

Penis enhancement is incredibly intimidating and with no one true way or guarantee of safety many men will attempt it and perform the motions so gingerly that they will not gain at all. Like anything, PE is defined by the moments you learn from and the mistakes you make. Most men are too frightened to make mistakes with their penis. This is completely understandable and I fault no man for being cautious and prudent in the protection of something he has a serious vested interest in. But for anyone to go from small to average gains to larger ones they have to accept that they incur additional risk the longer they perform PE.

I know take my injuries as best I can. I cannot remember every injury I’ve ever had. I do know that most were minor, including my most recent one that inspired this entry: Post session Erect: PE4F Round 19/Small abrasion injury As a side note, I am pretty sure that this injury could have been prevented by keeping my tube clean and free of dirt. That my penis rubbing the walls of the cylinder at high pressure rubbed dirt hard enough against my skin to abrade it and create a very small tear that is seen in the pictures in the link.

My main thing is if I do get injured I do not panic. I gather as much information as possible so that I understand the cause of the injury and what I did to cause it. Then, I rectify the injury, patch myself up and move on. Most injuries can be solved with just rest. Some of mine have required burn gel and some others required moisturizer. The fact is I would not go back and undo any of them because they made me wiser and why I got where I have in penis enlargement at all. I accept injuries as mistakes and learning experiences. The same way that I would wipe an abraded knee is the same way I wiped the small abrasion on my penis. Mistakes are apart of growth in life and are intrinsic to the experience regardless of what you are pursuing.

If a man can lift weights or practice martial arts with the idea of permanently debilitating himself in a single bad practice session or competition and do it with a clean conscience then so also can a man practice penis enlargement with a clean conscience. Because we accept inherent risk for rewards that we believe are worth those risks.

The heating pad is a cordless model also carried on autoextender. Com You charge it and then unplug it. It gets hot very quickly. It has liquid inside and something that moves and agitates it to generate the heat.

After the third set, some numbness did occur and is still present. I feel like I have a pretty solid approach so far but if some numbness occurs, then I must be doing something wrong. I did read on a post that Bib refers to what I am going through as adaptation for the soft tissues.

I’ll go ahead and ask Bib on his forum. I want to get to that solid 9+ inch mark as well. A little more than an inch away, gonna take time but it’ll be worth it.

I have major anxiety about penis size and am still a virgin because of it at 23 years old. I tell myself that I’ll get rid of my virginity once I hit that 9 inch mark. Abstaining from sex for a little while longer doesn’t seem to be the worst thing though because I am studying all the time for chemical engineering and putting hanging in my schedule seems to fit in well.

It’s really lame but yeah, I’m a dumbass. Just gonna keep studying and PE’ing for the meantime.

I use a basic Sunbeam brand from Amazon now. I don’t know what makes a heating pad good or bad in your eyes and haven’t done a ton of different ones. Mine doesn’t get super hot and cause my tube to burn me. The autoextender.com one did.

It is dumb to abstain from sex until you reach a PE goal. You don’t have but so much time to live and if your abstaining until you reach 9” and you are an inch away then you are clearly already very large now and literally wasting time. PE should never come before sex or hinder you in the pursuit of sex.

I have an ego bigger than my balls.

I took it into my mind that I wanted to do some ball stretching. I did a little research and settled on the BRK kit from pumptoys. They only sell two sizes. Me being experienced but not with rings I found a test ring and came to the conclusion that 1.75” would be too small and that 2” and then bam, bought the kit.

It gets here today doesn’t stay on a whole minute. I assume that I can Finagle a way to keep a $50 set of ball stretching rings on. After about 25 minutes of various finagling the jingle brass down my pant leg has let me know that I have to hang it up. My ego had made me bite off more than I could chew, yet again. Even though I personally knew that my balls were on the small side.

There are repeated warnings about the sizing of these things on the website. Academically I knew I should have aired on the side of caution and bought the smaller set. But oh, I’m a PE Big Shot been at 8 years and all that jazz.

The sound of brass jingling as I box up that set of rings.

I think maybe my ego did a little bit of growing along with my penis and ego gains are not productive.

Lesson learned.

I just looked up the BRK ball rings, seems like a clever system.

Since it relies on the silicone lower ring being small enough, maybe you could just wrap a small strip of towel cloth or something around your junk before fitting that silicone ring? If that bulks it out enough (and is comfortable) then it might work.

Tried several things, including a smaller ring to keep the silicone one from moving. Nothing reliable works for full weight transfer as testicle shift is why I will lose the rings.

I have that kit and it’s alright but kinda cumbersome. I bit the bullet and bought some stainless steel split shaft collars. The weight is much more than a single ring and they’re produced in a variety of diameters to fit you. I got mine from Secret Leather which is UK based so there should be cheaper ones in the US.

Regardless, I do suggest you google Secretleathers ball stretching guide. It’s long winded but has all the info you’ll need on ball stretching.

I looked up a more precise sizing guide and looked at some weights at theChainGang.com and found one I think is optimum and silent. But expensive. Ah well.

I’ll check the guide you mentioned out as well.
