Rate my routine, drugs & supps.

Hey guys so rate my routine etc and give me some feed back as to what I could add in etc.

Bathmate 3 days on 1 off 20 mins erect pumping.

Phallosan forte 5 days on 2 off 7/10 hours per day almost max stretch.

P hanger . Just started using using for 15 mins 5 days 2 off my weight is 300g starting only just began.

Warm up for hanger and pump is 7 mins infrared lamp 275w I know it’s high but I did not do good enough research but it should be fine it’s an adjustable temp one. (Before and after)

Erection drugs

Microdose
Viagra 10mg per day
Rosuvastatin 10mg pd

Pre pumping and hanging dsmo mixed with magnesium oil and paba .

Sups vitamin b5
Fish oil
Vitamin a
Garlic
Vitamin c mixed with dsmo topical

Growth hormone releasing peptide

Mk677 25 mg per day

Hormone support?
Thinking of using a generic bodybuilding over the counter one to keep test levels in good range

Collagen protein at 25 g per day

?? Has anyone found colostrum to be beneficial??

What’s everyone’s thought and suggestions to add to this?

I am pretty sure 20 mins of pumping 5xa week ADS 10 hrs a day 5x a week and hanging for 15 mins 5x a week is legitimate work But whatever you say champ.

Also apparently copper peptide helps with gains I am going to be mixing it with dsmo and applying it topically, has anyone had any experience with this?

I am concerned that I am only using equipment and not doing manual exercises is there manual exercises I should be putting in the mix?

Also should I be throwing in some clamping ?

To have friends, you must first be friendly. I recommended ditching the meds as they have no use regarding increasing size. You seemed to not like that response.

place has been some help but definitely not what I expected. What I have learned here is, no matter what exercise you do, the key is constant heat. So if you’re hanging, you wanna wrap a heating pad around the hanger while you’re hanging. If you’re pumping, you wanna wrap the heating pad around the pump, etc. Always heat before you do anything for a good 5-10 minutes. Far as manual stretches, I personally don’t do much cause, I honestly don’t know if I’m doing them correctly. I do light jelq between every hanging, pumping, and clamping session though.

Also id ditch the bathmate or reduce the sessions in to parts so if your doing 20 minutes, break it into 4×5 . I used my bathmate 12 years on and off and some times religiously for years and never seen any gains that were permanent. Dry pumping with a gauge is better cause you can actually track the pressure and get a better long term results.

Think of a five year period. Would you do all this stuff?

You should condition for at least 6 months with the newbie routine.

nope no gains yet but it feels really good lol . I don’t expect any gains for atleast 3 months, I’m realistic. And I still do plan on getting 3 rounds of pmma soon as I can save up

What about heavy hanging mate? Riding that fatigue?
That seems to get me visible and fast gains.

The heat is not a bad idea , I will set up my infrared lamp for during when I am hanging so it can keep a constant source of heat on the dick, one good hung about the bath mate is I use quite hot water and change it every 5 mins so there is constant heat when I am pumping.

It’s cool man I have been doing bodybuilding for a long ass time so I am used to taking a lot of sups , 6 meals a day and drugs, I am liking to add more sups or anything in if anyone has any suggestions
