Hey there,

I ordered the TotalMan Beginners Pack to start vacuum hanging with IR heat pad following 5.5Squared’s Routine, using the load calculator.
My starting stats are:
BPFSL 20,8 cm
BPEL 20,5 cm ~ 8.07 in
NBPEL 19,0 cm
MSEG 150 cm ~ 5.9 in

My goal would be 9 x 7 but speaking realistically I would be satisfied with 8.5x6.5.
Better EQ and a bigger flaccid would also be a side-goal.

I have to say that I am following PE topics since over 4 years. I tried some jelqing, stretching and clamping for fun but without a proper routine, which could have led to a small growth in the past. I did some pumping regularly last year but without any noticeable permanent growth.
Tbh, I am very happy with my size, but still I love the imagination to have a bigger unit and I am always curious to try stuff out.

Certainly I can’t wait to start the first cycle - I still have to find weights for my hanger, I’m thinking of water bottles because the weight can easily be changed.

You are STARTING at 8” x 5.9”? Were you the same size before discovering PE?

I remember having at least 18cm BPEL when I was 17 years or so.

I can’t tell if that extra 2cm are because of natural growth or my inconsistent PE.

Good luck on your routine. If you have a few bucks, make some weight plates out of concrete. I made mine using an empty whip-cream tub, and a kitchen scale.
