Quantum Leap takes a Quantum Leap (QL's Log)

Routine:

I do a slightly modified Newbie Program with the stretching & kegel portions throughout the day instead of doing everything in the morning.

Warm-up: use tap-hot washcloth while shaving - 5 minutes
Wet Jelq: in shower stall (no water running) - 10 minutes
Warm-down: while showering - 5 minutes
Stretching: spaced out thru the day (see below)
Kegels: during meetings when I get bored

So five times thru a PE day (I squeeze stretching in during restroom breaks), I do several minutes of what Bennett8 described as “12-point modified V stretches” - about 10 seconds for each of the 12 stretches which adds up to about 6 minutes a day of stretching my cock. I throw two 30-second scrotum stretches in, one before and one after stretching my dick because I’ve got a very tight sac that I want to stretch & loosen up.

With about 2 minutes stretching my unit, 1 minute stretching my sac and incidental time between grips & fumbling about, I get a total of 20 minutes a (PE) day spent on stretching. So total commit time to PE per day (not counting wearing a golf weight all day): 40 minutes per (PE) day. I do my program 3 times a week because that’s what I’ve got time for (and I’m monitoring my PI’s and gains to see if I’m in the right camp for my body’s physiology).

Golf Weights:

Speaking of golf weights, 2 months ago I discovered posts on golf weights on TP and started wearing one every day to keep my unit stretched out a bit, ostensibly to let it “heal” in a more extended state than it would normally hang in (not so much the ADS idea as TP members say it’s probably not enough weight to trigger much growth). I stand a lot thru my day so gravity can assist elongation of tissues all of that time.

Since it’s down there all the time anyway, I began using the golf weight as the fulcrum for my manual stretches through the day similar to how Wantsmore augmented his dick-wearying manual stretches. I plan to increase the 12-point modified V stretches to 18-point V stretches once my gains peter out (nod to Bennett8 for this idea although he was moving from 6-point to 12-point to 18-point stretches not because his growth had slowed, but because his dick was slowly but steadily lengthening that much) and at the same time I hope to validate Bennett8’s approach to stretching throughout the day since I haven’t found where anyone has replicated his level of success and this approach fits my life well.

Lettin’ it All Hang Out:

On non-PE days, I wear boxers to let my junk hang for the benefit some say this has. On PE days, I think because I’m abusing my unit more, I have a bit of shrink now & then (which would cause my golf weight to fall off if I’m wearing boxers) so instead I wear boxer briefs that add a little support to hold the golf weight in place nicely despite momentary shrinkage but I still get more of light, downward stretch than I would’ve had without this arrangement.

PE Frequency:

As I move into being my own mad dick scientist, my PE schedule is currently set at 3 days a week (M,W,F cause again, that’s what I can fit in). I’m currently doing a 6 wk on, 1 wk off schedule (except for the golf weight which like I said, I wear every day to maintain some tissue stretch).

Nutrition:

I eat Paleo but am prone to enjoy life and cheat now & again. Currently I’ve dropped 4% body fat since I started this trek 3 months which is the result of eating better and hitting the gym when I can. I intend to steadily reduce body fat and increase muscularity without becoming fanatical about 6-packs & such (I only have so much mental energy to go around).

Supplements:

Fish Oil: 2g
- cause it’s good for the human body
Zinc: 22mg
- cause it’s good for man parts
Creatine: 3-5g
- safely maximizes gym workouts
HMB: 3g
- reduces muscle loss when dropping weight
L-Arginine HCI: 4g
- taken nightly on empty stomach to trigger release of HGH and to provide more NO in the bloodstream to bolster erections

Since beginning PE in earnest about four months ago, I’ve been trying to strike the balance between doing it intensely & effectively while avoiding an injury that would take weeks to recover from. Even so, a couple months ago I gave myself a blister on the tip of my dick that persisted several weeks and then two weeks ago inflicted the dreaded ‘red dots’ on my glans - both times the result of over enthusiastic jelqing.

Then just yesterday I again inflicted ‘red dots’ all over the tip of my glans, this time from stretching (this had been the first week of 5 days a week jelqing at 15 minutes per day which finally added up to more than what my unit could handle without making a sign of protest).Duly noted & adjustments made as in, less pressure for both my jelqing & stretching exercises.

Because my progress had been declining, I decreased my PE frequency to 2 days a week while changing my “12-point modified V stretches" to “18-point modified V stretches" (y’know, because less is more AND more is more?). Not smart. Should’ve made just one change at a time but I quickly figured out that the ramped-up V stretches were hitting my dick way too hard as my PI’s declined immediately and markedly. The worst outworking of this was an evening I couldn’t stay hard when the little woman got unusually frisky and was trying to initiate sex - oh, the frustration!

This inspired me to back off completely and take my scheduled 1-week decon break a few days early. When I completed the break and started back, I knew there was still a need to up my intensity - just not by as much as I previously inflicted on junior. So I instead upped my PE frequency to five days a week (previously 3 days a week) while keeping my exercises exactly the same.

Following a week of this (with PI’s remaining positive but no indications of progress), I upped my length of time jelqing from 10 minutes per day to 15 minutes per day. I’m going to give this routine several weeks and then re-evaluate although I’m not currently having trouble staying hard during what has become almost nightly all over body rubs that tantalizingly include my man bits.

What I presume are stretch marks from growth are still present and fading with the space between them continuing to slowly increase (New PInk Skin for Stretch-boy) and new skin is now bunching up on the left side of my shaft where my foreskin would be if I had one - more noticeable on days when my flaccid hang is shorter than usual). New ones are now also faintly showing up at the base of my cock but all of this remains completely unnoticed by the wife who maintains very good discipline to never examine my dick up-close & personal.

On the scrotum stretching front, I’m now giving my sack a 1 minute stretch during each of my 5 dick stretching sessions every day and noticing things are getting looser. If only there were a way to make what’s inside grow larger…. Why? If you’ve got big balls, you no doubt might not understand whereas if you’ve always been teased about not appearing to have any, let’s just say I wish somebody could do the same for (safe) testicle enlargement that TP has done for PE.

Fortunately, my anorgasmia has gotten better (Anorgasmia from stretching?), the wife is playing with my cock more than ever (and again, this just wasn’t happening pre-PE as I mentioned earlier in my log) and I’m still astounded that PE is producing results for me - life is good!

As you saw I’m just starting to see how everything goes.

It seems it’s going good for you. I think you’ll get to your goal sooner than later.

I’m dedicated or perhaps slightly obsessed! :) Trying to maintain a balance but this is exciting stuff especially if you ever had body image issues and figure out you can do something about it.

It’s a bit of a learning curve but you’ll figure it out in short order especially with all the knowledge this forum has to offer. Will be curious to watch your progress man!

Hey Quantum Leap,

It looks like you’ll be able to reach your length goals within the next month or two. Do you think you’ll change to a more girth-focused routine, or continue on your current one? Because it still seems like you’re gaining steady girth too. Congrats on all your results!

Yeah, I don’t know ianrossenbaum, but thanks. I definitely want the girth cause conventional wisdom says this is where my partner gets more pleasure but if I can keep gaining both, I’d lean towards that for the sake of maintaining proportion (and the guy she swooned over had to be 7.5 BPEL or more so I kinda dream of hitting that length however implausible it seems at the moment).

Modest gains continue but I began getting red spots since upping my PE frequency to 5 days a week. I always warm-up prior to jelqing but I tried applying additional heat to my tissues to see if I could clear this up while maintaining my current (productive) level of intensity - it didn’t help. Finally figured out my intensity was just too high on the stretches I do thru the day, lightened up and the problem vanished in a few days.

Mid-month I felt I had to discontinue wearing my golf weight all the time because although it provided an all-day stretch giving me the great feeling of extending my flaccid, it also began deforming the coronal ridge of my glans (as in the deformation didn’t go away overnight or even over weekends when I wasn’t wearing it) which is probably an interesting fact all by itself to a plastic surgeon. Thankfully it has been returning to “normal” without the golf weight and once again there’s something to be observed about the law of unintended consequences.
