On Monday I am reaching 1,5 month decon break after many years of consistent PE without break (and without any real gains). The last 1,5 month have been spent on regaining motivation by reading a lot on Thunders and reflecting on how to approach PE when I start back up.

On Monday I will start with the newbie routine and progressively increase the number of stretches and jelqs while listening to my body.

Due to my personal life being really hectic I don’t have time to do long sessions so at some point I will break my routine into sessions throughout the day. One thing I didn’t do before but I will try to do as much as possible going forward is heat.

My starting measurements is:
NBPEL: 5,1
BPEL: 5,6
EG: 5,2

I will focus on gaining length and have some things in mind to try if gains doesn’t come or stall at some point.

I am hoping to have time for weekly updates.

Been doing a crazy amount of kegels for the last 1,5 month with the result of feeling bigger and stronger erections than I’ve had for a long time


2010: NBPEL 5,0, BPEL 5,5, EG 5,0

2020: NBPEL 5,1, BPEL 5,7, EG 5,35

Goal: NBPEL 6,0, EG 5,5

First week is in the books with the following routine:

10min stretch
5min jelq
5 days on / 2 days off

Reflections from the week:
Been trying to apply as much heat as private life allows. I have done bed fowfers the last couple of hours before waking up and then doing stretches as the first thing when waking up. A bit later I will do the jelq with 5 min hot water warmup and a bath as warm down.
Trying to stretch in all directions. I am really struggling with a minor erection level when doing the stretches (5-10%). Think this is due to the heat, so really no idea what to do about it but I am pretty scared that it will limit results.
Still doing +10min of kegels every day.

Second is done with the following routine (slight increase from last week)

13min stretches
6min jelq
5 days on / 2 days off

Reflections from the week:
Received my Autoxleeve Monday and as I had quite a bit of private time I practiced taking it on and off, despite not planning to incorporate it into routine yet. As I was taking it off one of the times it actually created a vacuum on the glans and made a slight tear on the frenulum. Didn’t think it was bad so continues the routine throughout the week, but it actually got worse because of the stretching. Next week is only light jelqing and then it will hopefully recover fully.
Still doing approximately 10min of daily kegels.
My flaccid have actually increased from 3 3/8” in both FL and FG to 4”. Thinking it must be the bed fowfers. Really pleasantly surprised!! Hoping it will transform into erect gains at some point.

Third week is done. No stretching due to the frenulum injury. Didn’t do any bed fowfer either. Did the following routine:

5 min warmup
12 min jelq
5 days on / 2 days off

Got some really got expansion on the jelq. I keep maximum erection level at 50% and usually stay around 20-30%. This allows me to do a stretch at the end of each stroke. Doing upward jelqs with a stretch at the end gives great expansion and stretch. Did a couple of minor bends while stretching at the end of the jelq to the sides. Wore a CR for 1 hour after the jelq session a couple of days and tried to stay semi erect the whole time. Gave a really good flaccid hang for a long time.
The frenulum is fully healed so next week is stretching again.

I definitely know the feeling of wanting to do more or keep going. However so, it might be best for you to allow that tear to heal completely before resuming. It seems like the expansion from jelqing could prolong the time required to heal. Other than that, keep it up the good work!

Haha, Gumby probably started off with a 12.. I don’t wanna hijack this thread and I talk about it in my progress log. I think it’s due to any combination of previous pe, increase in erectile quality, and newbie gains..

It is fully healed, so last week included stretches as well. The routine was:

Bed fowfer
14min stretches (30 sec * 28)
Later in the day:
5mim warmup
11min jelq
Warm down in bath
30 min CR (2-3 days a week)

5 days on / 2 days off

Adding a bit more stretch and jelq time each week.
When I get a very minor erection during stretches I do a 1min fulcrum stretch which puts the erection level back to 0%.
When feeling discomfort or it disturbes my sleep I untuck the bed fowfer. My best estimate is that I do the fowfer for a couple of hours during the night

My routine for week 5 and 6 was on average like this:

Stretching: 14min (28 x 30 sec)
Jelq: 16min
5 days on / 2 days off

Due to privacy time being very limited I had to split the routine into minor sessions during the day. Unfortunately I didn’t have the possibility to apply heat every time. Some jelqing were also substituted for water pumping due to privacy time.
In week 6 I started using the autoxleeve ADS more consistently and wore it for 18 hours total during the week.
Still doing kegels when possible. Jelqing is still done with low erection and sort of a 3 second stretch at the end of each jelq. Really excited too see if this pays off as 8 years of very high erection level jelqing did me no good.
Will probably do measurements next week.

So this morning while putting on the autoxleeve ADS my frenulum burst for real this time. Where quite a lot of blood but actually not that much pain. I’ve read +50 pages in the autoxleeve review post and never heard of someone having this problem. So guess that product is just not for me. Will probably need a full week off at least.

Was actually enjoying that I could wear it to work and still focus my routine on length. Will instead do more toilet break stretches when healed. Used the ADS when I had extended privacy time at home, will probably do a longer stretch, jelq and water pumping session instead.

Damn bro, that’s painful just reading. So it busted in the same area as the previous injury? If so, was it possibly not completely healed?

Definitely take some time off so you can come back strong! 💪

PS. I like that 5 on 2 off schedule. Been reading the big gainer thread and it seems pretty common..

Luckily not that painful to experience (except for the night wood, that was a really uncomfortable way of waking up during the night!)😃 yes same area as previous, but I’ve done several routines afterwards and had sex etc without feeling any pain so it was healed fully.
