I decided to open here my progress thread to keep me on track taking tips from someone who knows better than me the right road to success.
I’ll be 21 years old in a few days but i knew this forum since when i was 17. I remember i read a lot of things in that year but decided not to start because maybe still in time for some natural growth and i didn’t wanna hinder them.
I started PE in june 2016, my starting size was:
I felt ok with the lenght but i seriously didn’t like that skinny look.
After one month of light newbie routine i were:
Then i continued PE for like 8 months without any gains (just 0.1 inch of lenght). In that period of time i dated a girl who really liked my unit (idk why but yeah, sex was great) so i stopped PE.
Recently, we broke up and i restarted my adventure because that feeling of being smaller than anyone never left my mind.
My official restart is on 08/06/18 with this size:
using a light newbie routine (5’ warm-up-6’ stretching-10’ wet jelq-10’ edging- 5’ warm-down) that in 3 months has become something like (8-10’ warm-up - 9’ stretching - 15’ wet jelq - 15/20’ edging with erect kegel trying to reach the maximum expansion - 5’ warm-down).
My unit looks more veiny both in flaccid and erect state, my dorsal vein is timidly becoming visible and all the little blood vessels also.
I noticed that my CS is more prominent than before.
Today, after 3 months, i measure:
Nothing in girth, absolutely nothing.
Girth is the only thing i’m looking for, so when i saw 0 gains i felt and i’m still feeling very discouraged.
There is one thing i noticed, i’ve never felt like my penis was in an expanding state after the routine or in the middle of the jelqing session. I’m almost sure that if i measure my dick after the routine it will have the same girth than before. I think it is necessary to have an expansion during the routine for real girth gains.
I use to jelq in 50-80% EQ starting almost flaccid to allow the blood to go in and stay at a lower % for the first minutes, than i try to stay in 60-70% for the major part of the session with a 3-5 seconds overhand stroke. It looks more veiny after jelqing but not bigger, at all.
I will continue with this type of routine for a while. I’ll be glad to hear some advices from someone who already achieve some girth gains and know how to help me. Thank you for reading.
