Short story.
Started with a 6.7 x 4.4 MEG in 2016 in June and stopped at the end of that year with a 7.4 x 4.5.
Restarted on august 2018 with a 7.3x4.5 with a classic newbie routine.
Now I’m sitting a 7.3 x 4.7 MEG
Just a tad thinner at the base and a tad bigger above mid-shaft,with a 4.5 - 4.6 head.
Girth is what makes me really uncomfortable with my unit, my goal is Always been oriented to improve that.

My current routine:
-7-10 min warm-up
-Stretching (classic,A-stretch,V-stretch less than 15 min total)
- Around 150 dry jelqs with a ULI#3 every tot jelqs (60-80%,5 kegel pumps trying to bring more blood into the shaft and force that up for 10-20 secs total with a movement similar to the video here on TS, but slower). I do a max of 6 ULI at the moment.
- 10 or 15 min of edging+kegels with a cock ring on, if it’s not to tight.
-3-5 min warm-down
I use an IR lamp (150w) on my unit all the time from stretching to edging.

5 days a week for stretching,but just 4 days a week including jelqs+ULI.

Based on my experience:
-Wet jelq and stretching gave me length gains pretty quickly
-Dry jelqs and fulcrum stretch stopped my length gains (I reached 7.5 BP when i was on classic newbie, now I’m more about 7.25-7.3 BP) but started give me some slow girth gains.
-My flaccid improved with the most recent routine that includes also ULI. My average flaccid is about 5x4 or 5x4.25 sometimes.

I re-started a progress log to share my long run with you, to listen your advice and helping me to stay motivated.
I’ll give manual routine some more time to show me girth gains,but my main girth goal is about 5.5 MEG and I’m thinking about starting a device routine at the end of this summer.
But I’m just confused about the choice of pumping vs clamping to start hitting that girth.
Any suggestion about that?
