Tomorrow begins week 12 on my PE journey and after some trial and error, a trip to the urologist, and a LOT of reading here, I think I’ve hit upon a routine that’s working FOR NOW. I assume that I will have to constantly adapt as time passes if I want to keep growing. One of the biggest signs of progress is what I look like in my fiancés hand and mouth. At first I thought it was wishful thinking but the tape measure doesn’t lie. Recently I’ve noticed that it’s harder to get comfortable while sitting because I’m hanging fuller and lower which causes my cock to get “caught/smashed” between my legs. I’ll take the minor irritation with a smile since it means I’m making progress.
Here’s my current routine:
Warm up 5-10 mins with heat pad as hot as I can stand it.
20 cranks in either direction.
4 x 20 mins with 5lbs hanging while seated and heat pad wrapped around shaft.
10 minute breaks with continued heat pad
Night time fowfers for 10-30 minutes.
