Newbie's attempt for an improvement

I have known PE for around a year, and did jelqing for about three months with a light routine, which included five minutes of stretching and around 120 jelqs every weekday. During that time my EQ raised quite a bit, (not that I had erection problems, but now I have harder erections). But that gain I got was minimal, since I measured like every other day and didn’t kept a record of how big I was, so I gave up for about two or three months. At this time my EL was about 5.9 inches and girth is 5.3 inches. ( About which, somehow my dick is fat, which would’ve been good, but it made it look short, not sure how to feel about this)
Now I’m roughly a month away from college, I decided to pick up on PE again so I at least do something productive during this time. A week ago I bought one month supply of Rexazyte, and three days ago I got a strecher, and started my current routine. I would try to log my progress and measure every week or so.
My current routine:
-Manuel stretching for 30 seconds for four directions
-Dry jelqing 40 times
-Wear extender for 2 hours (and do other stuff)
-Take off the extender and jelq for 40 times
-Rest 30 minutes.
-Repeat three times.
My current measurement:
Erection Length: 6.1 inches
Erection Girth: 5.5 inches
Flaccid Length: 4.5 inches
Flaccid Girth: 4.0 inches

Hope logging would help me in someway.

You are jumping into a quite heavy routine there. I’d say as target routine it’s feasible, but first better go slow and gradual:

- Start with one repetitions on a 1on/2off frequency. Increase 1 on-day per month until you are at 5on/2off. Never make less than 2 off-days, they are key for growth!

- Only then start to increase the number of repetitions. Do 3 months of 2 repetitions before going to 3 repetitions. PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

- Keep a detailed logbook and watch your PI’s closely. As soon as negative PI’s appear, step back to the previous month lower frequency/duration and kee it as this will be your maximum tolerated rate. Your dick tells you how much he can take, not your brain!

- Use heat before and after as injury prevention!

- Don’t measure weekly, monthly is sufficient. More measuring just adds mental stress and may lead you to hasty and false conclusions.

Thank you for your advice, I’ll definitely consider that.

Day 2

Taking in the advice of giving more rest days for the routine, I think I will do 2 days on 2 days off from here.

Yesterday was the third day I’ve been using the extender routine, so I think I will take today and tomorrow off, as my penis is kinda sore when I tried to manual stretch.

I’m not to familiar with extenders but from what I understand you might want to increase your Jelqing. Good luck to you.

Day 3

Taking the second day-off, penis is recovering well.

Will start the routine again tomorrow.

Day 4

Did 2 sets of the stretch, at the end of the second set my penis glands are aching, and I think that is a signal to stop. So I think I will change the routine a little.

- 30 sec stretch at four directions,

- 60 jelqs

- 2 hours of penis extender

- Repeat 2 times

- 90-120 jelqs before bed

Hmmm, what about warm-up and warm-down? Esecially for the stretching part?

Day 5

Carried on the sets, once again I realized that extenders are not exactly comfortable, especially at the last twenty minutes or so. Anyways, good workout, rest day tomorrow.

Day 6 (Late)

Rest day, internet down yesterday.

Day 7

Rest day, resuming routine tomorrow.

By the way, can I get some tips from people who use extenders? It randomly slips sometimes, and I can’t seem to grasp on how tight I should stretch. Thanks in advance.

Day 8

A fairly good session today, surprisingly my last setting on the extender is already loose, so I tuned up the extender to about 6 inches in full stretch, if I get beyond this point I will most likely gain the extras. Interesting enough that when I started using this device I could only stretch to about 5 inches even though my erection length was 6 inches, now I feel I am doing some sort of improvement.
