Hello,
I’m relatively new to PE and would really appreciate whatever advice from any intermediate to veteran PE activists and fore goers moving forward on this journey. I’ve spent the better parts of the last two days reading up on beginner forums and what not, rest assured, but any input on this thread directly would be amazing.
Being a male in my late teens definitely has some major impact on how I view size, and although it may come for a place of insecurity, I recognize that penis size isn’t everything. With that being said I’m just excited to see how far I’ll be able to take this.

About 5in last I remember but I need to check again since I’ve gained a bit of weight since quarantine and I haven’t measured in a while

(I will include BPEL/EG and what not in the next post)
Not sure about girth, will make my way to getting a ruler and measuring tape ASAP

I’d recommend starting with… Kegels!

That’s right, kegels. Step 1 is optimizing your EQ. Improving overall health also helps, if necessary ;) .

Then I’d recommend manuals, specifically stretching (length work mostly), jelqing (bit of both) and squeezing (more girth-oriented). Depends on what you’re looking for. Start slow, take a break if it hurts, take it easy if your EQ drops… Apply common sense.Then, personally, I end every PE session with at least some 5 minutes of edging, just to prevent turtling and EQ loss.

From there on… Well, it’s not a science, so you’ll have to figure out what works for you. Keep track of your PIs.

Most importantly: Don’t expect results overnight. It’ll take a few weeks to get gains, and if you’re on the wrong track, it may take a month or two before you can conclude you’re not making progress, take a break, and start with something different afterward.

Penis size definitely isn’t everything. In some cases bigger can even be detrimental!
