I’m open to that for sure. I will see how my body responds. I was doing well with what I had and I increased it too fast… I’m taking it back down.

I have 2 scheduled rest days with no jelquing and I have often taken rest days for PI’s or just on feel. This week I’ve only done my full routine 1 day, for example (which is annoying me, but still, I listen to my body).

That spot on my shaft definitely scared me because I had never seen anything like it before, whereas I’ve had a bunch of spotting on my glans that was never super problematic/went away with heat. But now the spot is 95% gone just 2 days later after staying under the IR lamp a couple times a day. I might stretch tomorrow, but I’m not sure. I think I’ll take another day off of manual stretching and just do JAI stretches because I know I can do those without irritating my penis at all and still getting some benefit.

Back on track definitely by Sunday though, for sure. I’m glad I got something minor like this to slow me down though before something bigger happened, I was adding too much time too early for sure. I definitely don’t want to deal with injuries any more than I have to.

Damn, my penis changed A LOT recently. I was doing 35 minutes of stretching the whole time and it was fine, but now today I did 30 minutes and I felt a little pain and some bruising. And I thought I had a black spot right before my glans, but thankfully I took before pictures and I already had that spot from before… but the vein does look slightly bruised. I did a long warmdown and no further stretching. I think I’m taking my stretching routine down to 18 minutes and adding up from there.


Start (9/27/18): 5 12/16" x 4 5/16" (BPEL x MSEG)

Now (10/25/18): 6 3/16" x 4 9/16"

This is good, your learning to listen to your body and act accordingly.

You know what I realized most of the problem was? my grip when stretching. I use the reverse v-grip and my dick is imbalanced so I ended up pinching on the left side and putting more pressure on the right side where the problem occurred (there is a damaged blood vessel there from a long time ago that I had forgotten about — it’s sensitive but it hasn’t caused a problem so far until now). Once I realized this and I evened out my grip so that i was pulling on both sides of my glans evenly, I didn’t feel any bad pressure.

I changed my stretching routine to eliminate the straight out stretches into something like this
1min left down, straight down, right down
1:30 left down, straight down, right down
2min LD, SD, RD
2:30 SD
3min SD (2x)

for 22 minutes total, down from 35. I’m gonna move forward only stretching downwards and only adding a 3minute stretch to SD as I can do it.

so, 22 minutes manual stretching, 230 JAI stretches SO, 18 minutes jelqs — my jelqs felt better than they had in a long time. I feel like those mini movements I was doing with the SAI stretches was causing me too much bloodflow and I’m gonna hold off of those for a long time until I’m more conditioned, I might never do them again it was so intense.

Great session today. I’m gonna keep this routine. Just have to be mindful of my grip when I stretch and everything was fine.

Another problem I’ve encountered is jelquing with the OK grip. I keep going too hard. I’ve switched to a C-grip and it works well, but then I wanted to do a few jelqs with the OK-grip because it felt like I was getting better bloodflow (it just feels easier to grip) and I ended up going too hard and I have some spotting. I took the day off besides 100 JAI stretches. I have to really focus on the C-grip to master it so that it feels right.

One thing I’ve learned is that there is a huge difference between the discoloration or spotting that comes from jelquing that is very like spot-specific (as in, affecting a unique spot on your dick, unrelated to other areas - at least it seems that way) and the discoloration that comes from too much stretching that appears on a vein. I have a weak vein in my penis that I did not take into account until now because I forgot about it and didn’t notice it at all, but my continued stretching caused some stress to it and the whole area is now weaker. Not just one spot, but the whole area, the whole length of the vein is weakened now and vulnerable. I had never encountered this before.

I have a new routine of firegoat rolls under the IR lamp for 16 minutes, firegoat rolls for 1 min each at 5, 10, 15min.

In one session the black spot that had been on my penis for like 10 years already turned brown. I thought it was just a natural thing, but apparently I damaged my penis like 10 years ago and it is still not the same and that area is still weak and I have to take that into account now and be more careful. I didn’t notice this at all for my first 10 weeks.

I haven’t been able to do PE since I stopped this thread.

My EL is 5.75” with a weak erection which is the best I can do now and I feel like my girth is about the same as it was before (5”), but I haven’t measured.

Getting back into it with static stretches rotating SD/SO: SD - 1min, 1min, 1:30, 1:30
SO - 1min, 1min, 1:30, 1:30

JAI stretch - 30

Jelq - 10min

I need to recondition my unit. I have a couple very very small little black dots, almost imperceptible, but they are there.

New routine, 5 30 second stretches SD, 5 30 second stretches SO. 15 JAI stretches.

Jelq 5 min. I’m sure the dots are from static stretching but I will reduce this time as well and I’m only going every other day with jelqs, not 2 days on 1 day off for a while.

I’ve had this black dot right below my glans for like 11 years now. It’s on the same vein as the other very miniature dot appeared before in this thread and now again that I restarted. I decided I’m only doing kegels and firegoat rolls until both dots are gone. Might take a couple weeks but I feel like my dick is too weak right now. It feels like there’s not enough muscle so the veins get pulled on more than they should. And I have no idea if that even sounds possible to people that actually understand anatomy, but that’s what it feels like to me.

When those dots are gone + rock hard morning wood, I will start a variation of the newbie routine.

Has anyone in here tried the AM method posted about in PE Basics ?

It seems like it is suited directly for my problem (increasing vascular health — one of my veins looks almost dead and that is exactly where a black dot is). I’m considering trying it out once I start back up. I feel like the firegoat rolls are helping, but I really want that one black dot gone before I try putting any significant pressure on it.

Reading about the Angion Method, and the description of how important bloodflow is to size increase really got me thinking. I gained .5” in girth in only a couple months and I was doing a ton of these SAI stretches that I mentioned early on in the thread. I assumed the growth came from jelqs after doing the SAI stretches because of the increased bloodflow and I still think that is partly true, but what if a lot of my growth came simply from those stretches and nothing else?

I ended up dropping them completely because even doing 60 (15 in each position LD, SD, RD, SO) was causing my jelqs to be too intense (I bruised too easily, in like 10 minutes every time almost) and I thought jelquing was more important than the stretch. Well, now I’m reconsidering.

I’m adding these in during my rest period —- the trauma from these is less than firegoat rolls by far. I can’t think of a more gentle movement than these stretches. You basically touch your penis (with a stretching grip, of course, I use inverted v-grip) and ever so slightly move and then your hand just follows wherever your penis leads to. So, I’m not worried about increasing any negative PIs doing these and I just did a session of about 150 or so (I lost count) and I’m way more veiny. Doing them feels like a gentle massage on your shaft because of how much bloodflow increases.

So, as I am taking my break I will be doing these every day and we will see what kind of results I get. I don’t think I can accurately measure right now, but I feel like I kept all my gains from early this year. My dick is thicker than ever still, so that is encouraging. It might be a month or so until I feel comfortable taking measurements with a full, hard erection.

I think these are a good idea though until I can get manageable erections and try out the Angion Method and the normal PE exercises.

I decided to go ahead and start jelquing today because all my negative PIs come from stretching and not jelqs if I am careful, which I am much more so now that I use a C-grip.

I did 45/45/45/45 SAI stretches left down/SD/right down/SO —- really, it doesn’t matter so much which direction you do the movements, it’s all about hitting the muscle just right and getting that release and bloodflow increase. Then I did 10 min of jelqs which felt good. The C-grip is a life-saver. Still no real stretching. I’m liking the progress I’m making on my 10 year old dot, so that’s good. Doing lots of firegoat rolls each day and lots of time under the heat lamp. I’ll start static stretches/JAI when it’s gone.

I took measurements today… very disappointing but my EQ is horrible right now, like, barely able to keep an erection.

Length: 5.75”
Girth: 4 3/8”

My flaccid still looks like it did when I measured around 5” girth, so we’ll see how long it takes me to get back to that. I’m realizing I never posted that in this thread, so I’ll just stick with the official stats: 4.75” was my max. My flaccid still looks like it did when I measured that, definitely.

I want to revise my starting stats to

BPEL: 5.75”
EG: 4 5/16”

It just wasn’t quite 3/8” so I had to drop it down to 5/16” for my girth. I’m surprised I lost so much, but I only ever did PE for like 2.5 months at best.
