Need More Gain Lengthwise.
I have been to PE for many years. I have spent more time on hanging knowing it is the best method to gain length. But it seems like I gain a lot easier on girth, even when all I am doing are length exercises, spread out stretches during the day at work and I wear an ADS for 8-12 hrs, BTC hanging at night, 3 sets at 10 lbs. I was at 15 lbs for a month but I bled out on my urethra and now I back at 10lbs. I felt I was gain more at 15 lbs but I worry that bleeding will come back. I have been trying to avoid gain girth for now as it would probably hamper my progress on length gains. It seems like I had some noticeable gains on my stretched length but still not showing on my erect length. Please help. Need guidance desperately. What am I doing wrong? I appreciate all help.
