I welcome everyone. My journey began in 2019, I was 18 years old. I came to classes because of the complex. My data: height 185cm, weight 70kg, the percentage of fat at the moment is 11%, at that time I think it was the same. Drive parameters BPEL 14.6 EG 10.8. I did not measure other parameters, not considering it necessary. The penis was straight, but had the shape of a bat. EG was measured at the thick spot, at the thin spot it was around 10.5-10.3. I am currently on 4 months off work.

At the moment I have: Same weight and height.
NBPEL - 16-16.3 cm
EG - 12.3 cm thick
BPFSL - 18.5-18.7 cm depending on mood

At the moment my goals are:
NBPEL - 17.5 cm
EG - 13.5 (due to the missing element from the picture)
Iron erection

At the moment, I have a problem in the form of a curvature, which I presented in the picture, and also worried about the weak filling of the penis.
About erections: for about 3 years I experienced severe stress for various reasons. I did not take pills, I thought that everything would pass by itself. In especially difficult moments, there was no erection for more than a week and there was no libido at all. Such difficult moments were 2-4 months during the year, but I did not have time to notice how they started again .
From December 2022, I began to perform Kegel exercises an average of 150-200 times a day with a hold of 1 second. For some reason it doesn’t work anymore.
Despite my efforts to restore an erection, nothing helps. If you release sperm 1-2 times a day, the penis will lie for another 2+ days. Women are also not impressive, there is no erection at all, although they are pretty. I’m talking about the very moment when everything is boiling inside - and the penis is sleeping.

That starts you off as larger than average in length. The bat shape is very common. It is normal for your shape to change while doing PE.

That’s well within normal limits, but it should be correctable. My suggestion would be to add pumping to your PE work. You need a tube about the same size as your shaft; an oversize tube will aggravate the problem.

The other thing would be a medical problem. There are many things that can cause erectile dysfunction. Low testosterone, thyroid gland problems, vitamin deficiency, diabetes, high blood pressure, and more.

If you haven’t had a full physical checkup in a while, it would be a good time to schedule one. Often, erectile dysfunction is the first sign that something is wrong elsewhere in the body.

1) I’ve tried a lot, but I’ve been doing the extender regularly and to a lesser extent the clamp and SSJ
