My New Late 2017 Routine

I think I’ve finally put together a good routine :)

Right now my goal is length, so I’m keeping far and away from girth moves until I reach my 7.5 length goal.

2 days on 1 off

-I warm up with manual stretches
-300 Jelqs using improvised jelq sticks
-hot wrap cool-down
-4 quick pump kegals and 1 4sec hold kegal. I do this 100 times

Goal: 7x6
