Hey guys, yesterday was my 5Th rest day with the Newbie Routine. So I’ve been doing PE for 2 weeks now! Everything has been going great and I think my unit is thanking be because with the time we spend together I’m not only choking it anymore. What I notice the most is that my veins are getting thicker and I’m finding new ones. My flaccid is also getting chubbier. My EQ was getting so much better until yesterday, I think I might have over done it on my last workout day maybe. My BC area (or/not to sure what to call it) and up to right under the base of my unit, was kind of sore but its getting better today. Only to the touch and it wasn’t really to bad. What I’m wondering is that, would that be from stretching to hard or maybe the Kegels? One other thing is that I had a really good workout at the gym today but I noticed I was turtling and my testis were really tight. This is the first time I’ve come close to turtling since I’ve started PE, but I also have been trying to step up my game at the gym. After I got home and settled in my flaccid pretty much went back to normal though. Has this happened to any of you guys while working out at the gym? Or most likely I need to have a light PE work out just to get the blood flowing today and leave it at that and see how things are tomorrow.

I haven’t made any measurements yet, I’m thinking ill start that when I’ve made it into about a month or so and go from there.

I’m not sure how often I’m going to keep up with the journal, mostly when I need to stay motivated. But who knows.

Went with a light PE today. I did some edging after and my EQ turns out to be back almost better then ever. I got so hard it almost hurt and so veiny. This is a big relief because I was going to take another day off but the work out went fine and great EQ!

You should always have starting measurements. Always. Even if you don’t measure but every few months, having an idea of what you started at will matter, especially years down the line.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Okay, I see. I need to look up on how to measure correctly and the right stuff to use. I know I’m a little over 6 inches in length but don’t have much of an idea of girth, which is mostly what I’m getting and needed. But ill try to get stats up asap.

Well, I woke up with my girls hands down my pants around 5A.M. This morning. I feel like I was able to make her finish faster, and we even skipped foreplay. She made a few comments about my “fat cock” which is most likely just the overall better EQ. She said she wants to play again later, so I might be taking the day off of PE because that might add to much stress this early on in my newbie days. Maybe ill tease her and edge a lot to make up for it. Plus some kegels through out the day couldn’t hurt.

Back at it today with another light work out, kind of a tad sore around the base when I give a good stretch. Have a heat wrap I’ve been using which makes warm up/down easier.

I should be getting some measurements in tomorrow.

I think I was using to much pressure in my workouts before so might stay light until I feel I need to move up.

I think your strange feeling at the under side came from stretching upwards. As you switched to a heat wrap this may be getting better. Apply the heat to the whole penis (“from anus to bellybutton”) and you will be less sore. Another thing is to apply stretching force slowly, not with a hard pulling impact. At the end of the stretch, release the tension slowly too.

Another thing is the gym and PE. Yes, sports and PE have an interdependence. During sports, the body uses blood where it’s most needed and all tendons are tightened up. So turtling happens at various degrees. A good and long warm shower after the ggym helps a bit against.

I do personally separate PE from sports with a 8 hours distance at minimum and have less turtlling. But I don’t do gym, just some rucking (weighted walking).

And yes, sex always overrules PE, especially if you get such a fantastic feedback within the first two weeks of PE!

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. Ill use that tip with my warm ups/downs when ever I have that sore spot. I feel like although I knew I had to take my time and build up with my PE, I was still treating it with to much pressure or pulling out ward to fast/hard but need to do it like you described. I was just getting better at gripping in the different directions and thought I had to take to advantage of it I guess.

Yeah, I’m thinking about doing the gym first thing in the morning because if I don’t ill make up an excuse not to go. But so far I am enjoying PE and can look forward doing it later in the day.

The sex life is definitely feeling nice. I mean it was never really bad but I’m already getting better stamina, and better EQ. I’m starting to stay hard after I cum and get better O’s! My recovery time wasn’t bad, but to be able to skip that is great.

Seconding TG. If you haven’t gotten your measurements do it now. I speak from personal experience. Dove right in. I have gained, I feel it, i see it, but I can’t exactly say by how much. The reason you want to get initial measurements is to track your progress and study your technique to see what is working.

I completely agree, I need to stop putting off my measurements.

Sadly I’m not feeling very well at all. My nose is running and my head is killing me, plus some cold chills. Might just let my body rest. This is really disappointing because I had a really nice hang today and was looking forward to see how things were going to look during PE.

I completely forgot to mention a stretch technique I use: Shazaam stretches. Shazaam described this technique derived from sports and it really helps me find the right force of tension. It’s a pretty easy thing to do.

First inhale and grab the penis for the stretch. Slowly build up the pulling force to the point if resistance. After 5-10 seconds, exhale slowly. You will feel that your penis gives in a little bit. So now you can add a little bit more pulling force up to the new “extended” point of resistance just at the level of slight discomfort . Hold the tension for the planned time (I’m doing 30 second stretches, and yes a clock in sight is helpful). Then release slowly at the last 5 seconds. So a 30 secs pull takes an overall cycle time of 40-50 seconds.

My impression is that this technique allows to stretch the dick painlessly above the initial point of resistance.

That sounds like something I’ll definitely be interested in trying out. I had to take yesterday off because I wasn’t feeling good. Today is my off day, so hopefully I’ll be feeling better by tomorrow because I’m looking forward to giving that technique a try.
