Just starting PE after having read about it for years.
I did jelq about 5 years ago but due to unrelated issues I never stuck to it.

A relationship of 9 years ended a few months ago, and one of my resolutions was that I always wanted a slightly bigger penis. Not for the girls but for my ego. Always heard I was the “perfect size” which baffled me, but that’s not enough, is it?

Started early September 2017 with 1kg hanging, 2 * 20’ with warm up and warm down. Moved to 3 * 20’, and recently increased to 1.5kg weight.

I usually jelq during shower or after hanging, and sometimes I use a bathmate. Ended up getting a bruise with the bathmate so I’ll ease up for now. Been doing my routine about 4 days a week, taking two days off in between. No pain or fatigue yet. Will be ordering a bib hardcore soon. Always using BTC and taking it slow.

Hoping to be able to do this regularly for at least a year. Don’t want much to gain, hopefully an inch in length and an inch in girth, so anything over 8.5” x 6.5” would make me very happy.

My BibHanger Hardcore has finally arrived!
Damn that thing is complex to setup, I still aren’t sure if I’m using it right.
Penis head seems to turn blue/purple at the end of a 15’ session.
My current weight is 2.5Kg (5.5 Pounds) and I’ve been there for about 3 weeks now.
Before the BibHanger I was using a cheap Chinese knock-off from e-bay, which I had figured out how to use,
But I am starting to think it was only stretching skin and not the internals.
I took my first measure last week (3 months after I’ve started) and I see no gains at all during erect.
However there are definite gains when flaccid (it’s 6.5’ without bone pressed).
So I guess the Chinese knock-off didn’t do much other than stretch the skin.
However, I’ve only been putting 4-5 days of work per week due to work and a visiting girlfriend,
And I usually try to do either 4 * 15’ sessions, or 4 * 20’ sessions a day.
Once I figure out how to use the BibHanger correctly, I’ll try to increase it to 6 or 8 sessions per day, probably some
In the morning before work and some in the evening.

I was kinda hoping that after 3 months I’d see some minute gains.

Exactly a month later.
I’ve been doing 4 sessions of 20’ each,
And took two weeks off for vacation.

Measuring today was 7’ and 7/8ths so nearly 8’ since September.

The bib hanger has started to pay out even though it was a nightmare to setup.

I’m doing at this point 6 sessions of 20’ each:
- 2x BTC sessions
- 2x Fulcrum sessions
- 2x SO sessions
All at 2.70kg which I’ll increase to 3.20kg next week.

Hopefully by February I’ll be able to do 8 to 10 sessions.

Roughly a month later, I’m finally starting to see gains!

Been doing:
- 3x sessions BTC using 3.75Kg (8.2 pounds)
- 3x sessions SO using a broom stick for 20’
- 3x sessions with a fulcrum using a broom

I use the same weight for all sessions. BTC and SO can do with more weight. Fulcrum is really intense and could do with less weight.
I will try increasing weight since I am now spending roughly around 4.5 hours a day.

Current BPEL is 8 x 5.6 the base seems to also be getting wider.

Sadly using the bathmate has created issues; a blood clot in one of the veins. A lot of red spots every time I used it. I think I’ll leave the bathmate aside for now.
