Hello,
This my first time writing here and I am so happy that I found this website, I will just be short okay, I was always searching about PE, Because I wasn’t satisfied with my penis girth but my penis length is decent, I read many articles and collected many information about PE(specially girth) whether it’s a surgical method or non-surgical, but the problem was that the surgical methods is too expensive including Penuma, fat injection, Hyaluronic acid penis injection or many more methods, which are expensive and also have side effects or complications and I’ll not dive into those points, I also knew non surgical methods aka devices as pumps, clamps, ADS and many more, and this time they are cheap compared to the surgical methods, right?, but the problem is that in my country it’s like impossible to find those devices so I started losing hope and my confidence was already not that high because of penis girth as I mentioned, Then I found this website and knew about jelqing and all that device free methods which people say it’s effective, But the thing is I really want this to happen, I know all that stuff about size doesn’t matter and it’s about how you use it, I will now give you my penis measurements and my routine:
My measurement:
NOTE: -The length measurements I’m going to inform is from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans
-The girth measurements I’m going to inform is at the mid of the shaft.

Initial:
Flaccid L: 4.3” (11cm) Erect L: 7” (18cm)
Flaccid G: 3.9” (10cm) Erect G: 4.9” (12.5cm)
Goal:
Flaccid L: 4.9” (12.5cm) Erect L: 7.6” (19.5cm)
Flaccid G: 4.5” (11.5cm) Erect G: 5.5” (14cm)

*(basically 0.6”(1.5cm) increase in all states)*

Ultimate Goal:
Erect L: 8”
Erect G: 6”

-so basically in my opinion the golden penis is 8”L and 6”G, and to reach this I need 1 inch in both length and girth.

My routine is exactly the Newbie routine but I added one more exercise which is a girth exercise called reverse jelq, I will mention how to do it if anyone wants to know:
(step1: kegel with an erect penis, step2: press tightly at the base of the penis to trap that blood in the whole shaft and get that vascular shape and keep holding, step3: then with your other hand make and ok grip just behind the glans then jelq downward till you reach your other hand which was at start or the base of the penis and that’s one stroke, step4: release your first hand which was at the base when you make a complete stroke, step5: repeat)

I will share my journey and all my updates here, and to be honest I don’t really care about my length if it reached 8” or 7.5”, as my length in my opinion is already good and I am satisfied with it but really the main reason is my girth and I hope to reach the 6” inch, but I will be very satisfied if I reached 5.5” and I hope reaching any of them.

Finally if any of you guys have a real legitimate increase in girth without any devices or any surgical interventions just by using device free techniques , please share with me your experience and please don’t give me false information by any kind, I am already feeling bad.
