My journey for a penis I'm happy with

As I’m writing this, I am a little over half a year into my PE journey. I can’t really remember the exact time I started but it was sometime late 2021. My starting BPEL measurement was 5.1. This was what catapulted me into my PE journey after checking the statistics. Being below the average of 5.5 was simply unacceptable for me and for my mental health with future partners. I could not allow it.

I started with manual stretches as I first wanted to test the waters on this PE thing and see if it is legit. It may not seem believable to many people but I gained an inch from manuals within half a year. I almost couldn’t believe it. A full inch! But by this point, I could not achieve the same tissue fatigue by using my hands as I would pull to the point my arm was shaking and I would achieve no tissue fatigue. After that, I looked into hanging.

I know vacuum hanging is in right now and is touted by many, but the taping and potential blisters at higher weights were unappealing. I decided to choose compression hanging. After about a month of inconsistent hanging as I tried to get over the learning curve, I am now measuring at 6.4 BPEL. I was super happy with the gains but realize that with the law of diminishing returns, my rate of gains will slow down. My routine as of right now is to just do 3x20 sets of hanging before I go to sleep. Sometimes if I have time, I will squeeze in an extra set but that’s usually not the case.

In terms of when to stop, I think I will go at it for a couple of years before I retire. I know many people have been around this space for years and in some cases decades, but I feel that at some point, I need to move on with my life and accept my penis. But I would be lying if I said I did not have a specific goal in mind. As of right now, I think 7.5 BPEL is my goal but I’ve been told to overshoot my goal by about 0.5 inches to compensate for any relapse. But that would be about a 3-inch gain which I have not seen convincing proof of occurring. But who knows, maybe I can achieve it.

I’ll be measuring every month and monitoring my gains from here on out. Hopefully, by the end of all this, I achieve a penis I am happy with.
