Just writing this down to calm myself.

I made up my mind to start PE at the end of 2015. And being under the pressure of work, I tried to start quick using a Jes-extender for about 4 months. During this period I was adding tension gradually and added one pair of 0.25 inch rods. However near the end of April I noticed no gains from EL or EG. So I stopped for 2 months.

Then I read about Xenolith’s post(Finding xeno: a penis tale), where he talks about heat, about being resourceful and taking charge of your own career. I think this is damn right. One should know why and what to do before he does something.

After my first two weeks of jumping into a hot tub still see no gains, I created this post to encourage myself. I know there’s so much I can do, reading, understanding and exercising. I also know the rule of "fail fast, fail often", but I have to admit that having no gains has cause some anxiety internally.

Try the newbie routine this time.

Welcome to Thunder’s Place! You’ve tried an extender, but it didn’t work. You should try some manuals, the newbie routine works for many of us, and it doesn’t have to take a lot of time :) . Plus the general rise in EQ is a confidence booster. Try a few different approaches for a month each and see what works, good luck!

Thank you! After some research and two weeks of newbie routine, combined with xenolith’s hot tub strategy. I do feel that EQ is increasing. Though sometimes lack of sleep cost me some energy and EQ doesn’t feel good.

Also, during days of exercise, I did notice my foreskin extended. And I also noticed that in my extender experience.
