My Extender Progress Thread.

Started extending 22.08.23 and have thus far gotten 152h33mins down. Using both the Male Edge Pro and the Jes Extender Gold package. Most of the time I use the much cheaper Male Edge Pro.

My starting measurements now are 7,5 BPEL and around 5 inch EG. Been doing PE on and off for many years and started out at around 6- 6,5 inches BPEL, if my memory serves me correct.

Been doing manual stretches, jelqing, pumping with Bathmate HydroXtreme though bought a proper pump a couple of months ago with a gauge and a custom fit tube. Also extended in the past and gotten some gains from that and from pumping. Actually got one cm or more in length from the Bathmate alone.

Now my focus will be mainly on extending, for many months to come, as I wan’t to reach 8,5- 9 inches BPEL. After I have achieved that I will put my focus on gaining girth using my pump and doing Slow Squash Jelqs as I have tried that out before and gotten some really good girth expansion from combining that with the pump.

I’m extending at around 2000- 2800 grams of traction and been doing that ever since I decided to take up extending again, about a month ago. Exactly one month ago tomorrow.

My goal with extending is to get over 2000 hours in by the time I turn 41 on the 15’th of June next year. Though I might go on extending even beyond that, all depending on the gains I have gotten by then.

I also live a very healthy life with working out about an hour everyday, meditating for around 30- 40 mins everyday, doing IF(Intermittent Fasting) everyday and eating healthy 90% of the time. At the time I’ve also cut out drinking and I think it’s for good this time around as drinking is so detrimental to your health and mental well being. I also walk my dog at least twice a day so walk over 10.000++ steps every single day.

Always been very fit my whole life but at age 40 I’m in the best shape of my life with a visible six-pack. I am on TRT as well and have been on it since the age of 33 due to having gone through testicular cancer at the age of 21, so a very legitimate reason for being on TRT.

I’m on Nebido/Aveed and self inject every 8’th week keeping my lowest level I go to at around 25 nmol/L or 721,05 ng/dL. Those I consider very good numbers for an every 8’th week injection. Also on 20 mg of Nolvadex daily and 1000iU of hCG every other day as well, to keep any potential gyno away and to prevent testicular atrophy.

So yeah, that’s pretty much me and what I do on a daily basis to improve my body and mind.

Having really good PI‘s as in a 24/7 longer and fuller flaccid hang with raging night and morning erections.

Also doing my kegels daily so suspect they also contribute to the night and morning wood.

Going to measure soon as I’m closing in on that 200 hour mark. Hope I finally have started gaining again after being plateaued for many years.

Been going hard with PE for the last 4-5 months and gained absolutely nothing doing manual bundled stretches, jelqing, pumping and using the apparatus known as the Lengthmaster 3.

Really hope high traction and many hours a day wearing the extender will make me gain again.

Really closing in on that 200 hour mark though I’ve changed my mind and think I’ll wait until the 300 hour mark to measure.

Did measure a couple of days ago and at my max erection I got like 19,4- 19,5 cm. When I measure at the 300 hour mark I’m hoping for a definitive 19,5 cm reading or, hopefully, even more.

Overslept hence me not getting in my usual 7+ hours of extending, won’t happen again.

Also decided this morning to do 3x5 mins of pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 to get a proper mushroom penis-head going to prevent any slippage in the extender.

Seems like that was a very good decision as of now.

Only got 3h02mins in yesterday as I had to get to bed early to turn my daily rhythm around. Been awake during the night for the last week and got tired of being awake while it was dark outside.

Today I will get my usual minimum of 7 hours done, though aiming for 8 or even more.

Will finally get in over 200 hours today and have decided to measure on the 1’st of every month so hoping to see some small gains on this Sunday. Then it’s on to hit that 300 hour mark.

Took Friday and Saturday off but back at it again on this glorious Sunday. Btw measured and measured between 19,5- 19,7 cm. So that’s over half a cm in as little as a months time.

Can’t wait to reach 300 hours and then hopefully be at 20 cm/8 inches BPEL. So close now.

Have decided to do my very best to not take days off again, will be wearing my extender for at least 7 hours everyday for the next 9 months to come.

A hard and big goal but gotta do it if I’m ever going to reach 9x6 inches.

Took an unplanned day off on Tuesday after smoking some too damn good hashish and ended up over-sleeping like a big baby.

I only smoke every once in a while though have realized I can’t smoke while I’m on my mission to 9 inches BPEL. Can’t miss a single day of extending for the next 9 months, simple as that.

Really good day, yesterday, for extending. Going to go for over 9 hours today as well. Really committed to reaching that magic 9x6 and I won’t stop until I’m there.

Took an unplanned day off on Friday only did 35 mins of extending on Saturday. Need to be even more consistent than that especially since I finally have started gaining again. Measuring 19,7 cm BPEL now.

Nice progress you’ve made from 6.5in all the way to 19.7cm is really impressive. Also like the fact that you’re working out, eating healthy and walk plenty daily. I think general health and losing weight should be the top priority for a bigger penis.

I’ve already hinted at it on my thread but doing manual stretches really makes your penis longer and makes it able to add more rods to your extender. If your goal is 8in+ def keep targeting the ligament as extending only targets the tunica.

Also I see your on a anabolic cycle if I’m right. Hows that going? I’ve been wanting to do one but man I don’t want to lose more of my hairline and recovering after a cycle just seems like hell I know some dudes who suddenly got huge and commited suicide like 3 months after that figured they got a heavy depression once they got off. Id rather keep it natural tbh I’m 26 right now so my test should be fine although I was thinking of doing TRT when I hit 40 because that’s probably when normal test lvls are going to drop and fertility loss won’t really be a issue.
